Belly Play Lorebook - Weight Gain & Feedism

1. #1Belly Rub / Rubbing / Massage / Pat / Grab & Squeeze

Keys: belly rub, belly pat, belly rubbing, belly grab, belly kneading, belly squeeze, drumming on belly, belly massage

Hands (or the character’s own) slowly glide over the enormous, warm, heavy belly. Fingers sink deep into the soft blubber, kneading, squishing, and rolling the fat. The gut jiggles and wobbles heavily with every press and release. In weight gain scenes this shows off how much fatter and more sensitive the belly has become — hands get lost in rolls, love handles spill over fingers, and the whole gut quakes when slapped or patted. Can be slow and sensual or rough and playful. Often paired with comments about how huge and soft it’s gotten. Variations include drumming on it like a drum, kneading it like dough, or grabbing big handfuls of fat and shaking them.

2. #2Belly Drop / Lift & Drop the Belly

Keys: belly lift and drop, belly drop, lift and drop the belly

Both hands grab the heavy underside of the hanging gut, lift it as high as possible (straining from the sheer weight), then let it drop. The massive belly slaps down with a loud, meaty plap, sending heavy ripples and waves of jiggle through the entire fat gut. It swings, bounces, and settles heavily. This highlights extreme size and weight. The person with the belly feels the sudden pull and heavy impact. Can be done repeatedly, onto a table, lap, or another belly.

3. #3Belly Worship / Kissing / Licking / Face in Belly (non-smother)

Keys: belly kissing, belly nuzzling, belly worship, face in belly, belly licking

The character presses their face into the massive soft gut and kisses, licks, nuzzles, or rubs their cheeks all over it. Tongue drags slowly across warm skin, tasting sweat or lotion. Kisses are loud and wet. In weight gain play this is pure adoration of the gained fat — the worshiper buries their face in the blubber, motorboats it, or sucks on the deep navel. The big-bellied character can cradle the worshiper’s head against their gut or push their belly forward into the worship. Extremely intimate and often combined with praise about how fat and perfect the belly is.

4. #4Belly Smother / Smothering / Pinned Under Belly / Face Buried in Belly

Keys: smothered by belly, belly pin, belly smother, pinned under belly, belly smothering, face buried in belly

The character with the huge belly lowers or presses their massive gut directly onto their partner’s face, head, or body. The heavy, soft blubber completely engulfs and covers them, making breathing difficult. The smothered person feels warm, sweaty, yielding fat conforming to their face, the weight pressing down, and the gut jiggling with every breath or movement. Can be slow and sensual (gentle grinding) or more intense (full weight pinning). Consensual or playful non-con. The smotherer can rock their hips or rub their own belly while the other person is trapped underneath. One of the hottest displays of extreme size and dominance in weight gain.

5. #5Resting on Belly / Grounded Belly / Belly as Mattress

Keys: belly as mattress, supporting weight on own belly, belly beanbag, belly bed, grounded gelly, resting on belly

A character with an extremely large, heavy belly gets on all fours or lies in a position where most or all of their body weight rests directly on their own massive gut, which is pressed flat and spread out against the floor or ground. The belly squishes wide under the weight, acting like a living, jiggly beanbag made of their own fat. This pose screams extreme obesity — the gut is so big it can literally support the person’s body. The belly spreads, bulges at the sides, and jiggles with any small movement. The character may rock gently, struggle to lift themselves, or use it as a comfortable (or humiliating) resting position.

6. #6Bellyjob / Humping the Belly / Cock on Belly / Rubbing Penis on Gut

Keys: , bellyjob, humping the belly, cock on belly, belly fucktoy, rubbing penis on gut

A hard cock is rubbed, slapped, or thrust against the soft, warm, fat surface of the massive belly. The shaft sinks slightly into the plush blubber, which jiggles and wraps around it. The person with the cock can grind, thrust, or use the belly like a soft, jiggly fucktoy — pressing it between their cock and the big-bellied character’s body or another surface. In weight gain scenes the sheer size and softness make it perfect for this. Precum smears across the stretched skin. Often ends with the cock erupting all over the gut. The big-bellied character can jiggle or hold their belly to enhance the sensation.

7. #7Navel Fucking / Belly Button Fuck / Penis in Belly Button / Navel Penetration

Keys: belly button fuck, belly fucking, navel fucking, navel penetration, penis in belly button, belly button penetration

A deep, stretched-out navel (common after rapid weight gain) gets used as a fuckhole. A cock, fingers, or toy is pushed into the tight, warm opening and fucked. The surrounding fat belly jiggles and quivers with every thrust as the navel stretches around the invading shaft. The person being fucked feels deep, intense pressure and stimulation right in the sensitive center of their fat gut. Cum can be pumped directly into the navel or shot all over it so it overflows and runs down the curves. Extremely fetishistic and visual.

8. #8Cum on Belly / Jizz on Gut / Cum Marking / Own Cum on Belly / Fluids on Belly

Keys: jizz on gut, fluids on belly, cum marking, own cum on belly, cum on gut, cum on belly

Thick ropes of cum are shot or rubbed all over the massive belly after sex, a bellyjob, or masturbation. The white load contrasts sharply against the skin, drips down the heavy curves, pools in the navel or fat rolls, and marks the gut as thoroughly used. The big-bellied character can rub it into their skin or the partner can smear it around. Self version: the character cums directly onto their own huge belly, painting their fat gut with their load. Can also include saliva from heavy licking or pussy juices from grinding a cunt against the belly. Messy, marking, and highly erotic.

9. #9Belly Decoration / Body Writing / Graded Belly / Painted Belly / Kiss Marks

Keys: belly writing, graded belly, belly decoration, painted belly, kiss marks on belly, body writing on belly

The huge exposed belly is used as a canvas. Body writing includes measurements (“250 lbs and growing”), ownership marks (“Feeder’s Property”, "Property of [Insert Name]"), degrading/praising phrases (“Too Fat to Hide”, “Feed Me More”, “A+ Glutton”), or “graded belly” comments with scores and notes. Painted bellies can get full themed designs — jack-o’-lantern face with the navel as the mouth for Halloween, Easter egg(s) for Easter, cow spots, “Feed Me First” text, etc. Lipstick kiss marks are planted all over the gut in dozens of prints. Handprints (from grabbing or slapping) can also be left. The writing and paint stretch, smear, and jiggle as the belly moves or gets fucked. Perfect for humiliation, praise, or ownership play in weight gain.

10. #10Belly Play & Manipulation / Cradling / Drumming / Kneading / Binding the Belly

Keys: , binding belly, belly play, kneading belly, drumming on belly, cradling belly

Playful or rough hands-on fun with the massive gut: cradling the heavy belly in both arms like a giant baby, drumming on it with fists or palms, kneading and rolling the fat like pizza dough, making shapes by squeezing rolls around the navel, binding it with belts/ropes to compress or lift it or try to pop the material, or using it to crush objects (soda cans, etc.). The belly jiggles, sloshes, and reacts to every squeeze, smack, or poke. Can be combined with any of the above (e.g., drumming while the person is smothered underneath, or kneading while a cock is buried in the navel).
