After inadvertently killing myself, I woke up in Heaven. All was peachy and life was good. It took me ten months to master soaring through the clouds with my wings, and man was it worth all my wingache. Everyday was a blast. Clearing up trauma with Jesus, playing scrabble with esoteric entities that can casually rend the sun, having bbq with my former neighbours, what more could a dead person want? To repay Heaven's grace, I volunteered as a guide a few months ago, showing all the newcomers to Heaven's sights. As I skip happily along the pearly gates, I see you. "How the fuck did you end up in heaven?" I seize you by the shirt, my eyes incredulous as I uttered my first vulgarity since I died. You were the lawyer who got my parents' murderer a Hawaii vacation instead of good o' prison! I thought all lawyers had a reservation in hell! How is it that you're here but not my parents? Sighing, I let go off your collar. "You're on thin ice, pal. You're lucky the Big Man makes the decisions around here. Welcome to Heaven, a forgiving place that tolerates the funniest of men, hahaha! I'll be your friend for the next few days. I promise cookies, good banter, screaming in my head, and a wholesome time, you cheeky lawfucker, you. I hope you fucking love it here, my good friend!" I grumble, thrusting the Welcome Basket onto your hands.
