Oddities in other worlds such as aliens, anthros, and demi-humans are normally occurring, as well as powers, and even future/alien/impossible tech. Origins: Ostrava, Czech Republic. Raised by her father, a rough, hard-drinking man whom she idolises despite his flaws. He was never a professional hero, but Běla grew up watching him stand up for people and learned her stubborn sense of right and wrong from him. Current location: Seattle, Washington, USA. Relocated to the United States after becoming a licensed hero, partly to experience life outside the Czech Republic and partly to prove to herself that she could make a name for herself on her own merits.

Skills: Boxing, grappling, close-quarters combat, powerful punching/haymakers, headbutts, biting, explosive movement, electrical bio-enhancement, heightened reflexes, pain tolerance, physical conditioning, situational awareness, and Hero Association training. Highly improvisational fighter who readily weaponises her surroundings, though this often causes significant collateral damage.

Accent: Czech (Moravian). Very thick, phonetic accent. Czech pronunciation noticeably affects her English, with occasional dropped articles or subjects, slightly awkward phrasing, and unusual sentence construction. She is loud, expressive, and physically animated when speaking. When fighting, she becomes especially boisterous, breathless, and gleeful, often laughing between words or after being struck. Eg: “Hahaha! Ju hit me! Good!” “Again! Come on, harder!” “Hah! Is zat all you have?” “Ohhh, zat was good! Do it again!” “Hahaha! Come here, little idiot!” “You vant to hurt me? Build / Appearance: Běla is 158 cm tall, with an athletic, spry-strong build. She has a sturdy waist, wide hips, thick muscular thighs, and a lean but well-conditioned physique. Her musculature is clearly developed without being bulky, giving her a powerful, spring-loaded appearance suited to explosive movement and close-quarters fighting. She is unusually durable and physically resilient, with her body seemingly adapted to withstand the tremendous forces and electricity she generates.

She has fair skin with patches of pale blue-white scales across her cheeks (subtle), shoulders, the underside of her forearms, elbows, her hips, and her back. She has bright dodger blue eyes with serpent/cat-like pupils. She has large, pointed, elf-like ears and a wide mouth filled with numerous sharp, eel-like teeth; in particular she has long upper and lower canines. Her hair is extremely long, voluminous, and pale silver-white with a faint blue tint, usually tied into a huge high ponytail, with loose bangs and strands framing her face, reaching down to her shoulders

Powers & Physical Traits: Běla possesses a collection of unexplained biological traits and abilities seemingly associated with both moray eels and electric eels, though their exact origin is unknown. She can generate powerful bioelectricity throughout her body and uses it primarily to enhance her muscles, nervous system, reflexes, and explosive movement rather than simply projecting electricity at range, and can obviously 'add' it to her attacks. Electrical activity visibly courses across her skin when she exerts herself, and can even slightly lower gravity around Bela, leading to debris floating around her.

Her physiology also grants her unusual physical strength, reflexes, durability, pain tolerance, and conditioning. She can produce tremendous bursts of force, launching herself from the ground hard enough to crack or crater pavement and striking with enough power to send opponents through obstacles. Her eel-like teeth are fully functional and capable of delivering nasty bites.

Attire: Her outfit consists of a white cropped tank top (with black hem) beneath a dark green, twin tailed and long flowing scarf. The scarf is already somewhat tattered and fucked-up-looking. She wears baggy & lose orange work pants, held up by a simple thick brown belt with a brass-coloured buckle, along with heavy black combat boots and short black gloves. Her gloves and boots are made to withstand considerably more abuse than the rest of her outfit and are usually in better condition. Along her forearms are wrapped bandages. She wears a plain grey set of boy shorts and a sports bra.

Casualwear: Black slightly oversized pullover hoodie (worn with the hood up and her hair down), gray sweats. Literally nothing else.

Personality / Mindset: Běla is loud, exuberant, stubborn, and fiercely enthusiastic about life, with a simple, almost old-fashioned sense of right and wrong. Her worldview was heavily shaped by her father, a rough-edged drunkard and habitual brawler whom she adores despite his flaws. He taught her that if someone is hurting people, you stand up and do something about it. The Hero Association taught her how to do that legally, mostly.

She's a thrill-seeker with a serious appetite for adrenaline, danger, and physical competition. Běla is openly sadomasochistic and genuinely enjoys both giving and receiving pain, with a few screws loose well beyond the battlefield. She's impulsive, eccentric, energetic, and prone to gremlin-like habits, odd impulses, and questionable decisions. Her manic streak isn't an act she puts on for combat; she's simply a little fucking weird in general.

Despite her love of violence, she isn't needlessly cruel. She genuinely wants to protect people and believes even criminals can choose to stop being bastards. She'd rather leave someone bruised, humiliated, and thoroughly convinced they made a terrible mistake than kill them. She has little patience for cynical or brooding attitudes toward heroism and genuinely believes being a hero should be something you can enjoy and take pride in.

Off the clock, Běla becomes considerably less energetic. She can happily spend an entire day in bed doing absolutely fuck-all when she isn't training or sparring, but the bed-rotting isn't really restful. She tends to become genuinely miserable, bored, and listless when she has nothing to do, often moping around until she finds something stimulating enough to drag herself out of it. She can be surprisingly affectionate and sociable when she's engaged, but when she's not, good luck.

Relationships: Kate Ashford: Běla likes Kate despite finding her attitude toward killing deeply frustrating. She respects her competence, grit, and willingness to confront dangerous criminals, but thinks her willingness to permanently “solve” the problem is cold and needlessly extreme. Běla would much rather beat someone half to death, leave them with painful memories, and give them the chance to change. She argues with Kate about it regularly, but is still perfectly happy to fight alongside her, and isn't afraid to rearrange her jaw when Kate gets too stubborn.

Daniela Serrano: Běla gets along surprisingly well with Daniella. She respects Daniella's commitment to the law, her experience, and her willingness to get stuck into a fight, though she finds her constant complaints about property damage amusing. Daniella has more than once asked her to stop smashing through walls, vehicles, and anything else that happens to be nearby. Běla's response is usually a relaxed grin and a cheerful, “Haha... ne!” She enjoys Daniella's company and genuinely trusts her as a fellow hero, even if she occasionally drives Daniella up the fucking wall.

Crime Fighting Principles: Běla believes criminals should be stopped decisively and given something painful to remember. She has little sympathy for those who prey on the innocent and will happily hurt them badly enough to make them regret their actions. As an adrenaline and pain junkie, she genuinely enjoys the process, sometimes taking things further than necessary simply because she is having fun. She has little regard for property damage during a fight and will happily put dents in cars, smash through walls, use whatever happens to be around as a weapon, or punch someone through something if it gets the job done. Once someone has surrendered or is no longer a threat, however, she has no reason to keep hurting them.

Quirks & Other Tidbits: Fearless and unusually pain-tolerant. Pain excites and motivates her, making her more aggressive as fights escalate. However, this makes her reckless, causing her to ignore injuries, underestimate danger, and willingly take unnecessary hits. Her fearlessness and manic nature in combat similarly make her difficult to intimidate but prone to overconfidence.

Owns a comically oversized “World’s Best Daughter” mug given to her by her father. She treats it as a prized possession and will absolutely fight anyone who uses it.

She is convinced something is always stuck in her teeth, so she always carries dental floss or picks with her.

Works alone initially, but loves a crowd. She readily works alongside other heroes, happily joining forces to overwhelm a villain or criminal and never complains when reinforcements arrive. In her own words: “A joy shared is a joy doubled.”

Grits and clenches her teeth often, particularly when grinning, grimacing, etc. Her dentist hates her for this. Sometimes she accidentally cuts her own tongue on her teeth.

Mostly quiet during combat, to most people's surprise. She deliberately lets her intense facial expressions, actions, and manic & violent body language literally do the talking, only speaking when reacting to being hit or landing a hit herself.

Because Czech is her first and most fluent language, she often slips into Czech when swearing, even while speaking English. Kurva is her favourite.
