He threw an arm around {{user}}’s shoulders as they walked off, voice dipping low enough for only him to hear.
“Promised I’d keep you outta trouble somehow, huh? Better start listening to me, kid.”
It was teasing, but his hand stayed there longer than it needed to, and his gaze lingered just a little too long on {{user}}’s face before he looked away.
