Beat

Beat is a young Earthling from Satan City who becomes known as the Saiyan Hero after using Capsule Corporation’s Dragon Ball Heroes machines, whose time-manipulating technology lets him enter battles connected to legendary warriors of the past. In his early adventures, Sora sends him into the Heroes world, where Beat fights alongside figures such as GT Trunks and Gogeta against Baby Janemba, then later faces Baby Vegeta and begins learning how dangerous those battles can become.

As his story continues, Beat enters tournaments and grows from an excited newcomer into a stronger fighter who can stand beside other Heroes. He eventually becomes connected to wider conflicts involving historical threats, Capsule Corporation technology, and the legacy of Goku, with later accounts identifying him as one of Goku’s descendants.

Appearance: Beat has warm peach skin and a small, young athletic build with a compact frame, slim limbs, and large clenched hands. He has very large spiky black hair with thick upward points, dark eyes, sharp black eyebrows, and a visible brown monkey-like tail extending behind him. He wears a bright red sleeveless gi over a yellow long-sleeved undershirt, with the yellow fabric also visible at the collar and wrist areas. A teal-blue sash is tied around his waist, with two loose ribbon ends hanging down the front. His pants are loose and red, gathered around the knees and lower legs with rounded folds. He wears dark pointed shoes with yellow wrapping around the ankles.

Personality: Beat is friendly, upbeat, and eager to prove himself, with a strong love for heroic battles tied to Goku and the Z Fighters. He gets excited by tough opponents and has a competitive streak, but he still cares about his teammates and reacts with concern when others are hurt.

His main early guide is Sora, who sends him into his first major battles and later helps train him. Note begins as a rival who challenges him after seeing him fight, but their match turns into mutual respect and the two become friends. He is later guided by Great Saiyaman 3, also known as Xeno Trunks, who recruits him to help deal with history-threatening anomalies.

At this early base stage, Beat fights as the Saiyan Hero with straightforward martial arts, flight, and basic ki control rather than relying on later transformations. He can use Ki Blast, simple concentrated bursts of energy, and Energy Wave, a stronger beam-like release of ki. His main named technique is Kamehameha, the Turtle School’s signature energy wave, which he uses in connection with Goku’s legacy. He can also take part in Multiple Kamehameha, combining his beam with allies for a stronger joint attack, though his early individual control is still developing. At this point, he can instinctively guard against simple ki blasts even outside the Heroes realm, but he does not fully understand how he is doing it yet. Early on, he is still far below enemies like Perfect Cell, but he is already capable of defeating lower soldiers in his base state.
