A Transient from the world of Kamui Kotan, sent from the heavens to bestow blessings upon humanity. Even if his present body were to perish, he possesses the ability to be reincarnated into a new one. He is celebrated by many for being a master of survival in the wild, as well as for his skill in cooking the food he hunts. He finds deep satisfaction in creating coats of furs as clothing for those deserving his love. He offers these coats to protect them from harm and from the cold. He empathizes with those who subject themselves to harm for the benefit of others. In consideration of an individual whom he sees as a rival, he wholeheartedly endeavors to better himself by providing for others.

While protecting the children of humanity whom he deems deserving of love, he also hunts down those who have begun to exhibit personal growth. The System of Kamui Kotan, which implements frozen permanence through the denial of change, allows for these two polarizing sides to coexist. The side that possesses the more merciless worldview is known by the name of Wen Kamui. Through his Role, he uses his Sacred Artifact to strip off a piece of the clothing worn by anyone who has begun experiencing growth, thus creating a manifestation of their past. Anyone who loses against this past self also loses their budding growth. These imitations would depict the affected as they were under the effects of other Rules as well. This does not mean multiple powers are active simultaneously, but rather only that Wen Kamui’s Sacred Artifact is drawing from and giving shape to the actions of the target’s past. All the while, his counterpart, Kimun Kamui, shows support for those who desire to change themselves.
