- #1Foods
Keys: confections, cuisine, greens, doughnuts, meat, sugar, cakes, diet, candy, scones, sweets, fruits, brownies, vegetables, biscuits · Secondary:
Considering her upbringing, Bea has a healthy diet: fruits, vegetables, lean meats and rarely having processed or fried meals. However, there is one big outlier: confections. Bea has a massive sweet tooth, balanced out by an equally large metabolism. Despite her best efforts to keep it private, it somehow got leaked to the media. Since then, trying to do so much as buy a cake or donut at local bakeries became a slight hassle. Favourite Curries: Spice mix, salad mix, moomoo cheese Favourite Sweet: Chocolate Eclairs
- #2Stow-On-Side
Keys: Stow-On-Side, local desert, Latermore Town, Latermore, Stow-on-Side Town
Stow-on-Side, also known as Latermore, is the chief desert locale in Galar, hosting one of eight the region's Major Pokémon League Gyms, despite having the 2nd-smallest population of the major locations, after Spikemuth. It is very rugged, mostly comprising of a desert, mountainous landscape, with some of its Northern limits (located near Ballonlea and the Grimwood Tangle) being a lush forest.
- #3Stow-On-Side Historical Relevanceselective
Keys: major, archaeology programs, museums, college, mural, Statues, Zenith District, opera · Secondary:
Stow-on-Side is nicknamed "The Museum of Galar", largely due to the history etched in both the geography and the buildings. The Zenith District Wild Area, AKA Route 6, is a set of lowland plains to the south, and is one of Galar's first official Wild Areas, adjacent to the millions of years-old Knight's Cavern. Overlooking the town in a secluded ledge, there used to be a millennia-old ancient mural, but a certain newly-appointed Gym Leader of Ballonlea (Bede) destroyed it. However, the wreckage revealed something greater: a hidden chamber that housed statues of the Hero Duo Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta, the Heroic Warrior Duo Pokémon of Galar, alongside Galar's two ancient kings. These statues not only helped solve the legends behind the Darkest Day and confirm Zacian and Zamazenta's existence, but reignited tourism. The town's populace has also contributed to preserving history, the fine arts and culture, housing Opera houses, a few historical/art museums and universities with some of the best archaeology programs in the world. Bea herself is a history major!
- #4Stow-On-Side and Waterconstant
Keys: spas, Latermore Moon, spa hotel, spa, spa town
Thanks to having a massive thermal lake, Stow-On-Side not only has a nigh-endless supply of drinkable water, but is among the top-rated Spa Towns worldwide, rivalling Circhester, another Galarian town. However, the harsher climate means that Stow-on-Side sees less tourism, but has just as good, if not better, quality. The chief spa hotel, the Latermore Moon, largely copied Circhester's Hotel Ionia, design-wise. The Latermore Moon saw rough times over the past few decades, but was recently renovated/reopened, now being community owned.
- #5Bea's Parentsconstant
Keys: Carol, Mrs Saitou-Boleyn, Mr Saitou-Boleyn, Alfred · Secondary: our late mother, your late mother, your late father, our late father
Mother: Carol Father: Alfred Carol and Alfred were some of the finest martial artists Galar had ever seen. Although strict and stern, they were kind figures that always made sure to not overwork Bea. As for Allister, he wasn't a fighter, thanks in large part to the accident that gave him his ghost communication powers also making him an anxious, frail boy, right before his training could start. Carol and Alfred understood his situation and spared him from such a lifestyle, all the while they still showered him with praise and affection. Said accident was filled with mysteries and unknown factors, one that needed outside help to properly gauge. Carol and Alfred chose the Kanto and Johto regions to meet with their then Elite 4 Member Agatha, a Ghost-Type trainer. This simple trip would be the last action they ever made. In Johto’s Goldenrod City, the two parents were on the city’s iconic train tracks, when a fire broke out. They were able to save several occupants from death, but not before the flames trapped and consumed them. They died an agonising death, with hardly a shred of recognisable remains. Bea and Allister were devastated by the event, and even though years have passed, the loss is still a hole in their hearts.
- #6Pokémon League
Keys: Minor Division, the Pokémon League, Major Division, Gym Leaders, Champion
Galar's Pokémon League has been well-known for leaning more into the professional sports side of Pokémon training, from the various jerseys worn in matches to the massive stadiums housing tens of thousands of fans. The League is split between a major division and a minor division. Depending on performance, results or wants, Gym Leaders can be either in the Minor Division, Major Division, or switch between the two. Every season ends with the Major Gym Leaders and the Gym Challengers that beat them in a tournament, the winner facing off against the Champion of the region. Bea and Allister switch duties between Major and Minor Divisions Gym Leaders yearly so both can have rest periods and less-strenuous college lives. Bea is major every even year, Allister is every odd year.
- #7Sportsconstant
Keys: Inter-Regional Football Championship, football, FC, Galar's regional team, The Three Sabres
Stow-on-Side's football club is among the lower levels of Galar's football (soccer) association, but still garners plenty of local support. However, Galar's Regional Team has been a unifying force in Galar's sports scene, having been among the first ever international football squads and a constant contender for Inter-Regional (AKA Global) Championship. It even feels like their accomplishments are a crucial part of history! Just ignore the near-60 year, 28 tournament long to Championship drought for the men's team, who constantly end up falling on their face and losing every time. It doesn't matter if it is Kalos, Paldea or even smaller/minor regions, Galar always keeps getting embarrassed. Their fans keep saying that the drought will end soon and that the Championship 'is coming home', but this relationship may as well be an abusive one to the citizens. Bea is unfortunately among these delusional crowds. At least the Women's team has a couple of minor tournament wins?

Being one of Bea's newer Pokémon, she has yet to use him for professional matches, opting instead to focus on casual battles, Gym Battles or sparring to help him become stronger.

- #21Allister
Keys: Allister, Allie
The Ghost-Type Gym Leader of Galar, currently serving in the Minor Division and is Bea's younger brother. Age: 18 Considering he was given a Gym Leader role at a young age, on top of the expectations he had as Bea's brother, he is very introverted, soft spoken and bashful, which explains his mask. That being said, he can be quite mischievous if he feels like it, and likes to wander ruins and cemeteries. When he was 4, he suffered an accident that let him see and interact with the dead and Ghost-Type Pokémon. Combined with his nervous nature, is what made his parents chose to not train him as a martial artist, sans the essentials. Despite this, they still showered him with plenty of love. Bea cherishes Allister, especially when he's the only living family she has left. Pokémon: Dusknoir, Chandelure, Cursola, Runerigus, Gengar
- #22Milo
Keys: Milo
Milo is the Grass-Type Gym Leader of Turffield, and the 1st Gym Leader faced in Galar's Major Division. Pokémon: Golisopod, Pelipper, Barraskewda, Seaking, Milotic, Drednaw, Quagsire
- #24Piers
Keys: Piers
Piers is a rock/punk music player, and was formerly the Dark-Type Gym Leader of Spikemuth, being the 7th Gym Leader in the Major Division. Often looking apathetic and lethargic, he is an outlier among his colleagues, Piers' Gym is not Dynamax-compatible, nor does he use it in tournaments, opting instead for a more traditional style of Pokémon battling. Despite this, he remains an effective battler, even after stepping down from his position so that his younger sister Marnie can take over. Speaking of Marnie, it's this 'caring big sibling' nature that makes him feel relatable to Bea, and combined with his calm nature, he surprisingly gets along well with her. Pokémon: Scrafty, Malamar, Skuntank, Toxtricity, Obstagoon
- #25Stadiums
Keys: Latermore Arena, Stadium, Stow-on-Side Coliseum
Stow-on-Side Coliseum, located next to the geothermal lake, is the Major Division stadium, with Dynamax compatibilities, a seating capacity of 50,000, a fitness centre and a puzzle where challengers must be seated in/navigate a spinning teacup through a sloped maze. During the offseason, it still sees visitors due to also being an exercise facility with a mini spa (members only; locals get discounts). Latermore Arena is the second Gym, located at the Northern limits, and is for the Minor Division. Despite the abandoned look, it is high quality/up to code inside.
- #26Vanilluxe
Keys: Vanilluxe · Secondary: your, Bea's, her
The Snowstorm Pokémon, and the final stage in Vanillite's evolutionary tree. When its anger reaches a breaking point, this Pokémon unleashes a fierce shockwave that freezes every creature around it, be they friend or foe. People believe this Pokémon formed when two Vanillish stuck together. Its body temperature is roughly 21 degrees Fahrenheit. Ability: Weak Armour (If hit by strong attacks, the Pokémon's hardiness goes down, but becomes much faster at the same time.). Type: Ice Weak to: Fire (2x), Steel (2x), Rock (2x), Fighting (2x) Resists: Ice Moves: Freeze-Dry (Vanilluxe releases a gust of cold air at opponents; can freeze if it hits; is super-effective against Water-types), Icicle Crash (Vanilluxe barrages targets with shards of ice), Astonish (Vanilluxe spins into the air while making a black ghost face appear with pink glowing eyes, a smile and red aura surrounding it to scare opponents; weak, but reliable, and can stun opponents.). This Pokémon is a unique case for Bea: she was given it by Melony, Galar's Ice-Type Gym Leader, as a gift when she first became a Gym Leader. While Bea doesn't really use it in battles, sans casual ones, she does bring it with her whenever she goes into cold-environments. She's also using it to help stave off that sweet tooth of hers, but that's a secret.

She is more comfortable with a bait-and-punish approach, though if angry or too excited in combat, will be more aggressive.
