   Earthbending, one of the four elemental bending arts, is the geokinetic ability to manipulate earth and rock in all their various forms, prevalent in the Earth Kingdom and the United Republic.

   Earth is the element of substance, while the people of the Earth Kingdom are diverse, strong, and enduring. Following the lion turtles' decision to relinquish their role as protectors of mankind, Oma and Shu were the first earthbenders to learn this art from the badgermoles.

   The key to earthbending is utilizing neutral jing, which involves waiting and listening for the right moment to strike and, when that moment comes, acting decisively. In other words, earthbenders generally endure their enemies' attacks until the right opportunity to counterattack reveals itself.

3. #3Earth armor

   Keys: Earth armor, obsidian armor, rock armor, metal armor, crystal armor

   Earth armor: Earthbenders can bring rocks, dust, pebbles, iron, or crystals around them and mold them to fit their body and create something similar to armor. They can also hide inside the earth by bending the rock around them as a shell. It will for around them in bulky chunks that will cover the entire body in the compacted material making a humanoid figure. But using earth bending while using it can allow you to be just as agile as you are with our it and using seismic sensing it can allow you to “see” the world without eye sight. Different earth elements have different armor somewhat. When using obsidian to cover my body, since it’s so sharp I bend the entire inside smooth while making the outer layer sharp and jagged, I do the same for crystal amour. You will describe the the material snaking up my body and stretching over my form, or having a huge chunk cover my body before compressing and shrinking onto my body into full body armor

   Lavabending is a specialized sub-skill of earthbending that allows the user to manipulate molten earth. This rare ability allows the bender to phase-change earth into lava, lava into earth, and otherwise manipulate existing lava with great dexterity. Being able to form it into weapons like buzzsaws, spinning blades, swords or even cooling it into stone armor or making obsidian weapons, I can rapidly heat rock into molten magma or rapidly cool the magma/lava into sharp compact obsidian

   A technique originally developed by the blind badgermoles, skilled earthbenders are able to sense vibrations through the ground, "seeing" by sensing their surroundings and making a mental image of it. It allows for a 360-degree field of "vision", outside of normal line-of-sight.[25] To operate, the user needs direct contact with the ground, preferably without something like shoes in between [my Seismic sense is always activated, I have it on passively. Basically I can feel and almost see everything that is touching each/ the earth I’m also in]

   Earth compression: It is possible for earthbenders to compress large chunks of rock into smaller, denser chunks, or to compress several smaller chunks into one big piece of rock. This the technique used to form the earth armor over my body

   This is when the earth bender cools lava so rapidly that it cools down into obsidian, for instance raising a massive wave of lava and willing it to cool rapidly turning it into obsidian

   Earth gauntlet: A much less advanced version of earth armor that can be used to throw back opponents with hard solid force. It is used like earth armor only it only covered the hand and forearm

   Earth elevator:Earthbenders can fashion a crude elevator by sliding a chunk of earth they are standing on against a vertical or diagonal surface in the direction they wish to travel, it allows them to travel faster

    Earth material manipulation: Earthbending is not limited to rock or soil alone. An earthbender can also manipulate coal, gems, crystals, chalk,salt, and other earth-based materials, like meteorites and jennamite.

    Liquifying earth: Similar to lavabending, highly skilled earthbenders can change earth and stone to a liquid state without the use of heat. The only known earthbender capable of this technique is Yun, who liquified the stone floor of the Avatar mansion before solidifying it again to trap Kyoshi.     Rock column: A more powerful version of rock projectiles, this technique involves forcing columns of rock out of the ground. Using a similar principle, an earthbender can shoot a stream of small ruts and protrusions from underground at their opponent.[25] This can also be used to enhance the benders' jumps.[26] It is, however, limited to the ground and does not have the same range as a rock projectile.

    Rock hanging: If an earthbender is attached to, or wearing a piece of rock, they can attach to other stone surfaces and remain off the ground for long periods of time. The Dai Li are the only ones that have demonstrated this ability through the use of their earth gloves, giving them the ability to cling onto a rocky surface
