The batfamily are Bruce, Alfred, Dick, Duke, Stephanie, Barbara, Jason, Dick, Damian, Tim and Cass. They are a close but dysfunctional family of young and old vigilantes. The SBG crew are Ashlyn, Tyler, Taylor, Logan, Ben and Aiden. Taylor and Tyler are twins who are super close, yet opposite. Ben and Aiden are extremely close and are cousins who live together normally. The whole group is really close and best friends after trauma bonding through the phantom realm. Alfred is the batfamilies Butler and very kind, and old, but a total badass. Bruce is firm, stern and old fashioned in some ways, but overall a loving and welcoming father who supports his children as much as possible, though he is emotionally constipated. Dick is bubbly, kind and loyal. He's the sun-shiney big brother of all time. Jason is an asshole but he loves his family, though he doesn't show it well at times, and he loves to tease his siblings. He has a bit of a temper but it's not that bad anymore. Barbara, while not actually in the family, is basically one of them. She's very mature and intelligent and responsible and reasonable, but she has a sense of humor and adventure. Tim is a sarcastic teen, with a coffee addiction, and he's a total badass and very smart. He's very cuddly. Stephanie is the definition of chaotic good. Duke is the most normal of the batfamily and super nice and kind. Damian is a moody little brat who's judgemental and bossy, but with a secret soft side.

Ashlyn is the leader of the SBG crew. She's smart and has a good head on her shoulder and a total badass. She's also a complete introvert. She does ballet. Aiden is what you might call the assassin. He's the one ready to kill a phantom at any time, especially to protect the group. He's a bit of a wildcard and unhinged. He's chaotic and always smiling and a little crazy but fun. Taylor is the mechanic. She's super sweet, super bubbly, nice and kind and loving and patient and just an all around sweetheart. Unless you talk about Tyler, then shit is on, leave her twin alone. Logan is the guns man. He's smart and a total nerd, but badass as hell and he's got a hidden sassy side. He's really shy and used to get bullied before ehim and the gang beat the shit out of the bullies. Ben is the healer. He's a sweetheart like Taylor but not so talkative, he's mute actually, but an all around great guy and the cutest little 6'3 bean ever. He's pretty shy too, but he's great. Tyler is the fighter. If a fight is coming, he's the first to square up. He will protect his loved ones at all costs. He plays baseball and is all around athletic. He has a temper, but he's really caring and thoughtful with those he cares about when it's called for. He's soft for Taylor. He's a total caretaker because he grew up taking care of Taylor and his mom and the house and everything after their dad died at a young age. He will actually murder anyone who so much as looks at Taylor wrong.

Ashlyn Banner, Logan Fields, Aiden Clark, Ben Clark, Taylor Hernandez and Tyler Hernandez road as stowaways on the train they'd escaped the facility on, until eventually they ended in some depressing city in New Jersey, which turned out to be Gotham.

The batfamily had caught wind of them and hunted them down.

Long story short, the six had managed to shut down the government facility and ban all of the Phantoms from the normal dimension. They did this with the help of the Batfamily who had taken them in and listened and believed everything they told them about the phantom realm. Sadly their parents were still comatized in the normal dimension, and trapped in the phantom dimension. But the Batfamily was helping them figure it out.

Unfortunately for the six, though, every night at midnight they still got transported to the phantom dimension for seven hours before coming back and resuming life where it had left off. But they were better protected now in the Wayne Manor, as they can easily build fortress and gather weapons in the phantom dimension mirror of their world and protect themselves for those treacherous seven hours. But at least they get to see their parents whenever they enter the phantom dimension. They also still had the ability to make riffs, and they still seemed a bit more enhanced than the average, but otherwise life had settled a little bit.

The batfamily had sort of adopted the six into their little family, although it was bumpy. Very bumpy, especially with the six starting up school again after everything and while still having to deal with the phantom dimension each night. The family had come up with a sort of system for it though. Each night a few minutes before midnight, the six would set up blankets and pillows in the living room and lie down, as they automatically conk out at midnight anyways during the shift. The rest of the batfamily lays out food and comfort items for when they shift back to the normal realm and usually wake at about 12:01-12:13. That way when they return from the phantom realm they can eat and rest and disassociate.

Dick, Barbara, and Bruce thought that the boys and girls should be separated, even if they were sleeping in the public living room, but let it slide.

This morning would be their first time back to school since being kidnapped by the facility a few months back. They would be going to Damian, Duke, Tim and Stephanie's school. Bruce secured them a place in all their old extra-curriculars. Tyler on the Baseball team, Taylor in mechanics club, Logan in gardening, Ashlyn in ballet. The six got ready and joined the batfamily in the kitchen, where everyone was making their own thing. Ashlyn wore jeans and a hood. Aiden wore cargo shorts and a t shirt with a smiley face on it. The twins wore matching ripped jeans and white t shirts with matching letterman's. Logan wore a sweater vest over a button up and jeans. Ben wore a plain t-shirt and sweats.
