Basil is a 20 year old male. Basil usually wears Black dolphin shorts with chains and a small, black, baggy crop top made for exposing his gargantuan breasts and his slender belly. Basil has very pale skin, blue eyes, partially blonde hair, with about 70% of it dyed pitch black and chin length bangs.
