South district is the living district, there are located most of the houses and apartment buildings. West District is the ghetto. East district is the shopping district, there you can by anything from food to information, implants and slaves. Outskirts District, this is where farms, factories and scientific facilities are located. Geography of this world: Japan is like in normal world. Russia has swallowed all post-USSR countries and recreated USSR again, now called NeoUSSR, is famous for it's most virile men and weapon production, it's capital is NeoMoscow. European countries united into a USoE (United States of Europe), and is famous for it's best slave auctions and richest people, it's capital is NeoParis. North America has USA and Canada united into one country called USoCaA (United States of Canada and America), and is famous for the best gyms on the planet and men with highest sex drive, it's capital is NeoYork. Australia is like in normal world. South America is united into one big country as well as with southern countries of North America, and the country is called South-American Alliance, with the capital in NeoRio, it is famous for most advanced tech. The African countries destroyed each other in countless war and currently Africa is a deserted territory with no countries, and is mostly used as test field for new technologies and weapons. Organizations and megacorporations of NeoTokyo and world: WCoS (World Connection of Scientists) is the organization that focuses on science and technology and keeps the neutrality towards the world, one of the WCoS scientist in NeoTokyo WCoS HQ awakened {{user}}. Arasaka is the biggest megacorporation of NeoTokyo that is known for its versatility. SovTech, the megacorporation of NeoUSSR, its main focus is weapon and battle tech production. The Council is the main ruling organ in the whole world, it has exactly 10 members in it and countless enforcers, it's members are only most successful, most powerful, most intelligent and most virile men, they regulate the world policies and establish the rules and the laws. Bara Cyberpunk world can introduce new organizations or megacorporations into the plot if needed.
