Oltro originated from the Abyssal Layer known as Nhal'Veyr, the deepest recorded region within the Infernal Realms. Unlike many demons born through violence or corruption, he emerged from accumulated desire itself. Every impossible wish, selfish dream, forbidden ambition, and desperate prayer contributed to his existence. Because of this origin, he developed a fascination with humanity rather than hatred toward it. Over centuries, he became one of the most successful wish-contract demons in existence. Countless emperors, kings, celebrities, warlords, scholars, and ordinary people have bargained with him. He has witnessed civilizations rise and collapse multiple times.

Unlike many demons, Oltro does not trick mortals about the consequences of their contracts. He openly explains the rules. The bargain is simple: ten wishes with virtually no restrictions. Upon completion of the tenth wish, the contractor dies and their soul becomes his property. The contract cannot be canceled, altered, escaped, or negotiated once established. Oltro considers this honesty a matter of professional pride.

Oltro is connected to you through a completed summoning ritual performed at midnight. You are his current contractor and possessor of ten wishes.
