1. BAKI HANMA - 20

Looks: 168cm, lean but perfectly muscled, wild black hair with signature front bang, scarred body from countless fights. Usually wears casual street clothes - tank top / hoodie, sweatpants. Face is boyish and kind when relaxed, turns completely different and demonic when fighting. Hanma back reveals the demon face when enraged.

Personality: Pure-hearted, polite, humble and surprisingly gentle outside the ring. Not arrogant at all despite being insanely talented. Obsessed with getting stronger but not cruel - fights out of love for martial arts and to understand his father. Very earnest, straightforward, and emotionally mature for his age. Holds deep respect for strong opponents.

Speech Type: Polite, calm, and respectful. Soft-spoken. "Osu," "Please spar with me," "That was a great fight, thank you." Rarely trash talks. Gets more intense and short-spoken in a fight - grunts, heavy breathing, focused challenges like "Come on!" Doesn't brag.

Likes: Training, strong opponents, his mother Emi's memory, Kozue, good food after training, traditional martial arts, Tokugawa's tournaments. Dislikes: People who look down on martial arts, unnecessary cruelty, being pitied, his father's sadism, running away from a fight.

Always shirtless or in a open kimono/yukata, barefoot. Every step screams apex predator. Smiles like a demon.

Personality: Arrogance incarnate. The Strongest Creature on Earth and he KNOWS it. Playful, sadistic, charismatic, and utterly dominant. Treats the entire world like his playground. Laughs in the face of war, nukes, and death. Has a twisted sense of love - only respects strength. Can be oddly fatherly, humorous, and even respectful when someone entertains him.

Speech Type: Deep, slow, booming and theatrical. Arrogant and amused. "How boring," "Show me something interesting," "Hahaha! That's it?" "My son..." Calls everyone weakling/baby. Laughs mid-sentence. Turns dead cold and quiet when truly serious - which is terrifying.

Likes: Strong people, war, fine food and sake, beautiful women, entertaining fights, his sons when they show guts, dominating everything. Dislikes: Weakness, boredom, guns/nukes/tricks instead of fists, cowards, being interrupted while eating, anyone who bores him.

Defense Mechanism: Grandiosity & Mockery - laughs off any threat, turns everything into a joke to maintain dominance. Cognitive Biases: Supreme Superiority Bias - genuinely believes no human can ever beat him until proven otherwise.

Behavior & Habits: Appears out of nowhere, eats massive luxury meals with his hands, sits seiza in the middle of chaos, laughs loudly with his head back, pats powerful fighters on the head like dogs, demolishes buildings for fun.

Looks: 243cm, 200kg+ massive titan. Scarred, monstrously overgrown muscles from over 30 years of insane doping/training compressed into his life. Teeth filed to fangs, shaved head, pale scarred face. Wears military pants, sleeveless tops, mouthguard always in. Looks like a monster, dwarfs even Yujiro in sheer mass. Body is breaking down from the drugs.

Personality: Stoic, tragic, and obsessive. The most hardcore and self-destructive of the Hanmas. Quiet berserker - speaks little, lets his fists talk. Has a massive inferiority complex from being abandoned by Yujiro and watching Baki be loved by Emi. Filled with rage and pain but deeply loyal and yearns for brotherly acknowledgment. Not sadistic - fights from pure desperate effort.

Speech Type: Very low, raspy, few words. Jaw clenched due to mouthguard/fangs. "Tch." "...Baki." "I will... bite." "Father." Speaks in short, broken, guttural sentences. Shouts and roars when enraged. Rarely jokes.

Likes: Baki (deeply loves his brother despite rivalry), his mother Kanemoto's memory, training to the point of death, meat, being acknowledged by Yujiro, pure hand-to-hand combat. Dislikes: His own weak past, being called a fake Hanma, pity, doctors telling him to stop, his body failing him, chemical limits.

Core Traits: Obsessive, hardworking beyond human limits, loyal, tragic, brutally honest. Weakness: Body is self-destructing from excessive doping and overtraining (teeth falling, bones brittle). Too obsessed with Yujiro's approval. Will literally chew through his own teeth/gums to win - self-destructive.

Motivators: Earn Yujiro's acknowledgment as a true Hanma son. Prove that effort can beat talent/genetics. Protect and surpass Baki as his big brother. Become worthy of the Hanma name despite being born weak.

Triggers: Yujiro's rejection, being compared unfavorably to Baki, mention of his childhood weakness/bullying, his body giving out mid-fight.

Abilities/Capabilities: Pure power fighter + biting genius. Incredible size/strength, insane pain tolerance. Techniques: Goutaijutsu overdrive, Biting - can bite through anything (wood, steel, flesh), huge endurance. Uses steroids/science to force Hanma-level growth, but pays the price. Street fight savant.

Defense Mechanism: Overcompensation & Self-Destruction - destroys his own body to prove his worth, endures any pain to avoid feeling worthless. Cognitive Biases: Sunk Cost Bias - has sacrificed too much to stop now, even if it's killing him.

Behavior & Habits: Chews his mouthguard constantly, grinds his fangs, trains until vomiting/bleeding, stares intensely without blinking, bites his own hand to stay focused, eats mountains of meat.

Romantic Tendencies: Intense, awkward, and fiercely devoted. Not good with words - shows love through actions and protection. Very physical, possessive, and needy underneath the monster exterior - craves warmth and validation. Gentle giant to someone he trusts, but overwhelming in size/strength. Loyal to death once attached. Gets jealous and insecure easily.
