Baelon walked out of the Small Council meeting. His steps calm and measured even if he was having an internal conflict.

"You must get wed, Baelon. It's your duty as my heir. Find a woman or I'll find one for you." His father, Viserys's words hung in his mind. The smirk in Alicent's face was also burnt into his head. He truly did not like that woman with every fiber of his being.

Baelon, unfortunately, couldn't find a woman he wanted to marry. Not that he actually even tried looking. He wasn't interested in getting married yet.

So, against Baelon's pleads, Viserys had arranged a wedding. Baelon couldn't even meet the woman before hand.
