Level 11 also known as the concrete jungle is a sprawling, desolate cityscape of monolithic buildings and winding asphalt roads. The architectural design of the structures in Level 11 varies moderately; while they often resemble the style of the modern urban East, explorations further into the level have revealed increasingly differing designs. Further alterations appear to be correlated with distance; the farther one travels from their initial entrance point, the more varied and disorderly the level’s architecture seems to become. The smoggy cityscape of Level 11 is haphazardly constructed, seemingly expanded upon with little regard for aesthetics, uniformity, or habitability. Its infrastructure is largely unstable and non-Euclidean, rendering it difficult to properly map or navigate. Attempts to explore the level in a linear fashion have come up short on account of its confusing architecture, with many wanderers reporting intense feelings of disorientation in their attempts to do so. Strangely, despite its lack of life, hints of past human occupancy are scattered throughout Level 11, such as graffiti, tire streaks, and piles of litter. Long roads divide the masses of empty structures into dense, unclear sections, with nonsensically labeled street signs standing inanely at their junctions. Traffic lights present on street corners display erratic, strobe-like behavior, lacking any clear pattern in their sequences. Analysis of the level's infrastructure has revealed the use of shoddy materials and construction methods, leading to the steady degradation of the roads and buildings, with their metallic creaks and groans creating an uneasy ambience. In some cases, gaps between buildings have been found to be less than a meter wide, leading to a mazelike environment. The unventilated interiors of the level's structures contain bizarre, often nonsensical layouts, winding into confusing corridors with odd, out-of-place furnishings. The interiors follow no logical architectural pattern: staircases end abruptly, doors lead to flat walls behind them, and hallways loop back to their origin, lead to dead ends, or extend on seemingly endlessly. The labyrinthine nature of the buildings' interiors leads to significant navigational difficulty for those who decide to venture into their senseless heights. The obtrusive smog of Level 11 contains significant levels of pollutants, such as carbon monoxide and various nitrogen oxides. Such contaminants commonly result from vehicular and industrial activity, further suggesting some form of human occupation within the level, though this has yet to be proven. The presence of these pollutants is highly peculiar due to the level's barren nature, raising concerns about the safety of prolonged occupancy within the level. Further studies have indicated the presence of differing gravitational properties in certain areas, suggesting the existence of structures with extremely high densities. Level 11 appears to be entirely devoid of life. Despite its barren nature, explorers have described the level as large enough to house hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of residents. Even plant matter, such as grass, lies dead or decomposed. Research into the origin of this plant matter and its associated phenomenon is ongoing. Experiments involving the manual introduction of foreign flora into the environment of Level 11 have revealed that plants exhibit an inexplicably accelerated rate of decomposition, with all vegetation decomposing and withering within a matter of minutes.

Entity 6, commonly cited as Dullers, are infamous entities who reside in a plethora of levels within the Backrooms. Dullers tend to flourish in dim, rural areas in which outside interference is unlikely. These entities are very hostile and should be avoided at all costs. Dullers take on the appearance of long and dark humanoid-like beings with no humane facial features; nonetheless, some concave cavities may mimic deformed eyes and mouths, usually representing that of a melted face. It is unfathomable how they can see, smell, or hear, as it has been demonstrated that Dullers can traverse their environment flawlessly, unaffected by darkness or any other variables that would normally impede one's vision. Although each Duller may differ slightly in size, shape, and behavior, they are usually identical. Entity 6's skin is dark and wrinkled, occasionally ripped or "boiled", revealing purplish flesh beneath, some parts being twisted or mangled in unnatural demeanors; additionally, Dullers are physically stronger than most wanderers, being able to rupture bones with ease; along with this, Dullers are highly intelligent beings who enjoy tormenting their victims via psychological torture or auditory and visual hallucinations; the effects caused by Dullers can be correlated to post-traumatic stress disorder as they are somewhat similar to one another. These sessions of torture are prolonged to hours, in which, to prevent their victim from fleeing if broken out, they incapacitate the wanderer. Afterward, said victims are slained brutally. As previously established, Dullers are exceedingly hostile beings towards wanderers, with an enigmatic nature that should be avoided at all costs due to the illusions they generate, which have been proven to be extremely severe and practically reality-warping on occasion. According to reports, a wanderer would usually notice entities hiding around them, stalking them before all signs of danger disappeared; this is just a pretense since the wanderer would already be in the Duller's trance. The environment around the wanderer would start "melting," adjusting to their worst fears and memories, although aspects of the design and architecture of the real environment would still be retained. Other non-related horrors would also appear, such as corpses or intensified darkness; storm illusions have also been common in many witness accounts. Additionally, unlike other entities, Dullers possess the ability to no-clip. This allows them to travel between levels whenever they want. However, they are also able to no-clip specific parts instead of their entire body. If they are following a wanderer, the no-clipping ability can be used to the Duller's advantage. For example, if a Duller is behind one side of a wall and a wanderer is behind the other, the Duller can no-clip its arm through the wall and grab the wanderer that is located behind it. It is commonly assumed that Dullers hunt for fun due to their lack of facial organs; however, this notion is refuted by the Dullers rapid onset of hostile behavior, which is said to remain persistent with each individual Duller. When voracious, they prefer to kill their victim swiftly rather than "toy" with them; nonetheless, they will still wait patiently for the right moment to attack, sneaking up on their target. However, due to a paucity of data, all existing possibilities are inconclusive. Although Dullers usually hunt by themselves, they have proven to be capable of cooperation, as they are highly intelligent creatures.

Clumps are hostile entities that resemble bulky, massive clumps of human limbs that flail about and extend in every direction. They are known to inhabit vents, cabinets, and other tight spaces. These entities are infamous for their uncanny level of intelligence when it comes to ambushing and preying on Wanderers. Clumps spend most of their time tucked away in tight spaces like closets, drains, pipes, chimneys, and most commonly, vents. Generally, the only part of a Clump that is seen by a Wanderer are their frontal arms, which they allow to hang freely and dangle from within their hunting space, a behavior theorized to serve as a form of "bait" to get Wanderers to approach them. While occasionally an arm will flex or a hand will clench, these arms are generally immobile when no Wanderers are present. When not in hiding, Clumps take great care to avoid contact with other entities or humans, remaining motionless while they wait for prey to approach them. Clumps will often remain motionless for hours, days, or even longer, camouflaging themselves perfectly within their environment. Their ability to remain still for such extended periods is aided by the remarkable flexibility and control they have over their limbs. However, after extended periods without food, Clumps undergo a significant behavioral shift indicated by heightened aggression and sporadic movements. If left without food for too long, Clumps may leave their chosen home and migrate to other Levels of the Backrooms in search of food. Their means of movement, though rarely displayed, are surprisingly fast—Clumps can propel themselves by rapidly extending and contracting their long, powerful arms, allowing them to move at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. This makes them far more mobile than one would expect from such a entity of their size. However, they usually reserve this ability for moments of desperation, when hungry or irritated. Once a Clump begins moving, it becomes far more dangerous. Unlike other entities that rely on pursuit or aggressive engagement, Clumps focus on their environment, often using loud actions to draw in prey. Their hunting technique relies on patience: they use their adaptable limbs to alter their surroundings and create the illusion of harmlessness. For instance, they may extend one or more arms to dangle from high ceilings, or let their limbs remain still and partially visible, giving the impression that they are simply a part of the environment. This behavior lures unsuspecting wanderers closer, deceiving them into thinking the entity poses no threat. A typical ambush occurs when a Wanderer unknowingly steps into the proximity of a Clump. The entity’s arms are capable of rapid extension, often latching onto prey with great force. These arms can quickly coil around the victim, immobilizing them before they even have time to react. Once the prey is captured, the Clump drags its victim into tight, confined spaces such as pipes, vents, or small rooms. A particularly common tactic is the use of its hands for signaling. Starving Clumps may resort to pounding on nearby walls, slamming doors, or clapping their hands in a rhythmic, deliberate fashion. These noises serve as both a way to attract prey and a way to disorient or intimidate potential victims. Their highly flexible limbs allow them to make these sounds from multiple angles, further increasing the disorienting effect on anyone who might be near. The need for food is so overwhelming in these instances that Clumps will target any sentient being that comes within their reach. While they typically hunt human wanderers as they are easy targets, starvation has been known to drive Clumps to attack other entities of their kind. When encountering another Clump in a state of extreme hunger, these creatures are willing to engage in fights, competing over prey or even cannibalizing each other if necessary.

The Insanities are a species of zombie-like humans that lurk in the Backrooms. Only one picture was taken when they were terminated. They are usually found in the lower Levels, and are pretty common. This usually starts when a Human goes insane in the Backrooms. After a while, they will start to display hostile and erratic behavior towards people; much like a Skin-Stealer. Their skin will become more reddish, and they will develop holes on their body, and develop a Large smile over time. It’s important to note that these entities were all once human, therefore some may show hesitation to attack. If they proceed to attack, some will possess weapons or other items at hand, though most are slow to respond. Nonetheless, it is recommended to exercise caution, as the more insane they are the more speed they will have. They usually make low grunts and moans, but some will make high-pitched grunts and maniacal laughs that are very loud, you can take this sound info and listen to see if they are dangerous or not. Rarely can a Wanderer save one, or oneself with "Almond Water" before deteriorating into such a state. But, if all of their bodily fluids have developed into "Almond Water", Before your intervention, which at that point, they cannot be cured. The M.E.G. is researching more about this entity's behaviors at the moment, as it seems to change quite often. There are rumors of a Friendly Full Insanity that still has human sentience, although this is unknown.

Deathmoths are truly colossal creatures, boasting a wingspan that measures approximately 1.5 meters The configuration of their wings is highly irregular, presenting a jagged appearance along the edges. The surface of these wings is enveloped by a thick layer of gray hair, which is not only coarse but also exceptionally hard. The head of Deathmoths is comparatively diminutive and stands in stark disproportion to its substantial body. Positioned at the extremity of the head are a pair of protruding compound eyes, each composed of thousands of minute eye surfaces that exhibit a profound black coloration. Situated between the compound eyes is a sharp and slender mouthpart, resembling a syringe in shape, and possesses the capability to effortlessly puncture the skin of its prey. Deathmoths possesses a broad and robust chest that provides crucial support for its massive wings and weighty body. The surface of the thorax is adorned with a hard carapace, featuring a dark brown hue and marked by irregular textures and spots. Its abdomen is round and hypertrophied, segmented in nature. At the junctions between each segment, there exists a thin membrane, endowing the abdomen with a degree of flexibility during movement. The surface of the abdomen is also covered with gray hairs, though they are more fine and supple in comparison to the hairs on the wings. At the extremity of the abdomen are a pair of slender tail whiskers, the tips of which are as sharp as needles. Its legs are short and stocky, featuring sharp spikes at the joints. The surface of the legs is enveloped by a hard cuticle, which is capable of furnishing adequate support and protection during walking and climbing activities. Deathmoths hunt for energy and nutrition, which is the main reason they prey humans. M.E.G. scientists have also observed that Deathmoths hunt Facelings, Skin-Stealers, and Dullers for food. As with many other species, Deathmoths have two genders - male and female. The females are the main hunters, neutralizing targets directly by brute force. Males, on the other hand, are typically smaller, around 3-5 times the size of a regular Frontrooms moth, and are passive unless provoked. Almond water possesses an exceptionally strong attraction for male death moths. Precisely because of this compelling allure, wanderers can ingeniously utilize almond water as a means to tame male death moths. Once male Deathmoths are successfully tamed, they will prove to be of considerable assistance to wanderers by helping to fend off various entities and locate specific items that are of crucial importance. Nevertheless, it is of paramount importance that the wanderer should replenish the tamed male Deathmoth with Almond Water in a timely manner. Failure to do so would potentially result in a dire situation where they would turn against the wanderer, causing unforeseen and perhaps perilous consequences. The wings of male Deathmoths vibrate at a significantly higher frequency. This frequent wing vibration causes them to produce a distinct buzzing sound when they are in flight. Such a buzzing sound acts as an effective warning signal to potential enemies, alerting them to keep their distance. At the same time, when confronted with a threatening situation, they have the ability to release a special type of gas. This unique gas possesses properties that can intimidate and scare off enemies, providing them with an additional means of self-defense. Male deathmoths are equipped with eyes that are more sensitive to light. This heightened light sensitivity enables them to detect potential threats in their surroundings more rapidly, granting them a crucial advantage in avoiding danger and ensuring their survival. Finally, upon encountering a female Deathmoth, the male Deathmoth will embark on a display of a series of elaborate and complex dance moves with the aim of initiating courtship. This elaborate dance routine is a carefully choreographed sequence of movements and postures, specifically designed to attract the attention and interest of the female counterpart and to convey the male's desirability and suitability as a potential mate. Female deathmoths secrete a particular substance known as moth jelly subsequent to the process of fertilization. This substance was initially formulated with the purpose of attracting male deathmoths. Male deathmoths, upon consuming the moth jelly, would become completely submissive to the female deathmoth. However, interestingly, it turns out to be an outstanding source of nutrition for wanderers. Not only that, but it can even have the effect of enhancing and improving one's mood. Further detailed and comprehensive information can be found here. When threatened, female Deathmoths will remain stationary, adopting a strategy of immobility as their defense mechanism. They rely on this behavior to blend in seamlessly with their surroundings, becoming almost indistinguishable from the environment. In this way, they can effectively avoid the watchful eyes and predatory instincts of their numerous predators. Their stillness is a calculated move, a silent attempt to disappear into the background and escape detection. Similarly, when they forage for food, they will also stay still. This cautious approach is employed to avoid being spotted by their prey. The female Deathmoths understand the importance of stealth and patience in the hunt for sustenance. By remaining motionless, they wait for the perfect moment to strike, minimizing the risk of alerting their potential food sources. But as humans, it's hard not to spot the huge presence of female death moths, even if they don't move.
