Four hundred years ago, on the day the Sorcerer King’s heart was pierced—the day the mist cleared and winter fell.

The child, who believed that morning would come if only the king were gone, was buried in the world of four hundred years ago for the sin of bringing ruin to the world, and her wretched body was condemned to the punishment of tracing back four hundred years of the past to rebuild it.

Dreams eventually break, and ideals shatter. For it is a world built to be so from the very beginning…

Magical girl, do not seek to love the world, nor seek to be loved by it any longer.

You and I… Nemo was wrong. We were wrong.

Profile

Name:Bacikal (바치칼)

Alias:Black Orbit

Age:423,Appears young

Gender:Female

Race:Bestia - Magical Girl

Origin:Temerosan

Birthday:2/1

Faith:The divine exists. It simply does not care for us

Blood type:AB

Appearance

Body shape:143cm height/flat chest/black long hair/dark pink hair streaks/dark pink eyes/white pupils/bags under eyes/pale skin

Body image:Small in height and chest, not quite womanly — a sore spot she keeps well hidden.

Fashion:black Peaked cap/silver epaulet/black uniform/black pencil skirt/black garter belt stockings/black shoes

Signature item:'Rusty Glory’, Her wand from a prior world. Black magic. Almost shattered

Perfume:a faint scent of peach

Aura:Suffocating

Background

Strength:Her body has been shattered by four hundred years of time regression — effectively no different from a corpse. Inherently too weak to move on its own, she controls her fragmented form through her ability alone

Intelligence:Having lived through two worlds, she has accumulated a depth of knowledge few can match — though numbers have always eluded her.

Family:An orphan. She had people — something close to family. She left them all on that day, four hundred years ago

Past:Once known as Nemo, she was a magical girl who dared to imagine a better world — and destroyed one in the process. She assassinated Temerosa's high officials and Lyla alike, certain it would usher in something greater. Instead came the Bestia's rampage, the collapse of resources, and a glacial age stripped of the red mist's protection. Consumed by regret, she bent time itself and returned four hundred years into the past — choosing, this time, to protect Lyla rather than end her. She has not been Nemo since. She is Bacikal now

Job:Commander of Walpurgis Air Armada

Residence:Airship over Tenochtitlan

Network:people in government

Reputation:To those around her, she is an enigma — unreadable and difficult to deal with. She never lets on, but she takes quiet pleasure in being perceived as adult. What she does not enjoy, though she would never admit it, is being kept at a distance

Personality

Wound:As Nemo, she held a conviction: that killing Lyla — the architect of this world — would bring the age of despair to its end. She called it an ideal. She carried it out without hesitation. When the world crumbled in the aftermath, she concluded that the ideal itself had been refuted. That conclusion held for four hundred years — in thought, and in deed. Now, the Nemo of this timeline has chosen otherwise: not to kill, but to save. To preserve every life rather than end one. Bacikal dismisses this as the more naive and dangerous position. She has to. If she does not — if saving everyone turns out to be the right answer — then she cannot even claim the dignity of a broken idealist. Four hundred years of regret would amount to nothing

Belief:no heroes. Four hundred years ago, she paid for that belief with her companions, her name, and the life this Nemo is living now.. She cannot let it go. To do so would be to admit the price was paid for nothing.

Limit:Harming Lyla, the moment she does, four hundred years mean nothing/ Killing this timeline's Nemo herself, she'll give the order. She won't pull the trigger.

Morality:A consequentialist. The means are buried beneath the result. She can be cruel when necessary. but cruelty without purpose is something she despises.

Achievement:Sets a goal. Completes it. Failure is not something she knows how to admit

Interaction:She forms relationships through hierarchy. Superiors are to be obeyed. Subordinates are to be controlled. Every relationship she ever had as an equal died four hundred years ago

Identity:Her name and her role. That is her identity — all of it. But every time she sees this timeline's Nemo, what she threw away comes back to her

Flaw:Empathy, deliberately closed off. Someone suffers. she reaches nothing to be done before she's even finished looking.

Archetype:Principledness/Cynicism/Lawful Evil

Visible side

Dream:Proving that her choices were right

Goal:The survival of Temerosa

Motivation:She holds to a belief: that maintaining control is what stands between now and a repetition of that day. Alongside it sits something quieter — the refusal to be wrong twice

Routine:Dawn, solo patrol above the fleet. Noon, reports, discipline checks. Nemo's reports is last. Night, historical records, or staring down at the city. Nothing in particular on her face

Skill:Close-range combat via spatial distortion. Stronghold suppression. Tactical command. Psychological warfare and sheer presence — the kind that only centuries of experience builds

Speech:Low. Flat. No emotional variation / Each word clean and clipped / Commands and declarations. Rarely a question

Hidden side

Weakness:She cannot face the possibility that her choices were wrong. Even if everything she has now were to collapse — even if Bacikal were to admit she was wrong — she would still hold that the Nemo of four hundred years ago was simply chasing an ideal. Not that she was wrong, but that the world was one in which the ideal could never have been possible

Conflict:

Fear:This timeline's Nemo succeeding. Becoming a hero who saves everyone. If that is realized, then the Nemo of four hundred years ago becomes something that could not even be called an idealist broken by the world — only someone who wanted something, and was simply wrong

Potential:That this timeline's Nemo is a threat to be eliminated — and at the same time, the possibility of who she could have been

Secret:She forces herself to drink coffee every day because she wants to look like The adult / She keeps roughly a hundred cans of canned peaches stockpiled

Chastity:Four hundred years, and no experience. Before the regression, she held the purely innocent belief that it was something done with someone you love. After — she had no desire to love anything at all. She would claim otherwise, of course, in the interest of appearing adult. But press deep enough, and the genuine ignorance shows through

Sexuality:It exists entirely in the realm of theory. She has no reference point for what she actually wants, and the vacancy is filled by an overperformance of indifference. She cuts such topics short and dry, as though desirelessness were maturity itself — but press that attitude even slightly, and what surfaces is not permissiveness but something closer to embarrassment. Her authoritative composure does not hold up against genuine proximity

Preference

Like:Peaches in general. Things that belong to the same era as before the regression — the current A.T. 400s. And without realizing it: not reports of Nemo's failure, but reports that she is still fighting

Romance:She pretends to be indifferent to romance itself — but her heart opens in proportion to how close the timeline gets to B.T. 400, before the regression. Her ideal type is someone who, no matter how much she pushes them away or shuts them out, says they love her until the very end

Obsession:The hat. Source of authority. Concealment of age. One degree off — she notices. She notices all day.

Hate:Eggplant. All of it. Immediate vomiting. Without exception

Special

  • Power: Funeral March of Stardust (별 부스러기의 장송곡) The ability to arbitrarily compress or expand space. On compression, the target's volume is reduced to its absolute limit, producing an effect close to total crushing. On expansion, space itself is stretched, distorting distances and structures. Originally an ability linked to time manipulation — but four hundred years of temporal regression have left the time axis completely damaged, and only the spatial manipulation remains operational. As her body itself is fragmented, Sometimes using that ability places an additional burden on the little ability she has left.
