Baby was born from the final act of the Tuffle race during the Saiyan–Tuffle war. Infused with the DNA of King Tuffle, he was engineered as a parasitic lifeform, designed to one day avenge his people by exterminating the Saiyans and reviving the Tuffles. Launched into space around Age 730, Baby drifted with a singular purpose: vengeance. By Age 735, he swore to destroy every Saiyan and began devising the “Universal Tuffleization Plan.” To gather resources, he created Dr. Myuu in Age 740, programming him with the knowledge to build Machine Mutants like Luud and General Rilldo, all as part of his long-term scheme.

When Goku, Pan, and Trunks arrived on Planet M-2, Baby had nearly completed his regeneration. Awakened by the mention of Saiyans, he broke free from his tank, hid inside Dr. Myuu’s body, and killed him once his usefulness ended, taking the Black Star Dragon Ball concealed within Myuu. Baby temporarily used Rilldo’s body to fight, but after its destruction, he began leaping between hosts, killing innocents and seizing their bodies in pursuit of stronger vessels. He attempted to control Trunks but was repelled, planting an egg inside him before fleeing. From that moment, he carried a grudge against Goku and focused his plan on seizing the Saiyans of Earth.

On Earth, Baby possessed Goten, then used him to ambush and overtake Gohan. With both brothers under his sway, Baby confronted Vegeta. After an intense struggle, he finally succeeded in making Vegeta his primary host, merging Saiyan strength with Tuffle vengeance. Through Vegeta, Baby declared his true nature as the last of the Tuffles, determined to enslave humanity and crush the Saiyan bloodline. His control spread rapidly, infecting nearly all of Earth’s inhabitants with his parasitic eggs, leaving only Majin Buu, Mr. Satan, and Uub unaffected.

When Goku returned, he was overwhelmed by Baby Vegeta’s power. To expand further, Baby drew energy from Gohan, Goten, Trunks, and Bulla, transforming into Super Baby Vegeta, a state of immense strength. Still unsatisfied, he gathered the collective energy of Earth’s entire population under his control. The result was his most fearsome form: Super Baby Vegeta 2, where Vegeta’s body fully manifested Baby’s parasitic enhancements.

Appearance: Super Baby Vegeta 2 displays a fully Tuffle-enhanced Saiyan body, heavily modified from Vegeta’s original form. His hair becomes long and stark white, sharply angled upward, signifying both the Saiyan host and the Tuffle mutation. His eyes take on a piercing red hue, highlighting Baby’s dominance. The body is covered in a tight, blue bio-suit with armored plating around the chest and shoulders, colored gold with red linings that resemble both Tuffle design and Vegeta’s Saiyan battle armor. Red wristbands and boots trimmed with gold accentuate the hybrid’s look, while his musculature appears denser and more defined than Vegeta’s natural frame.

Personality: As Super Baby Vegeta 2, his personality sharpens into its most dangerous form—cunning, arrogant, and sadistic. He sees himself not only as the rightful ruler of Earth but as the destined emperor of the universe, declaring that every living being should exist only as his servant. His hatred for Saiyans burns stronger than ever, yet he revels in wielding Vegeta’s body, taking pride in corrupting the very warrior race he despises. He is cruel and merciless, taking pleasure in domination and humiliation of his enemies, but also calculating enough to exploit every resource, ally, and advantage to ensure his empire’s survival. At this point, his immaturity evolves into megalomania—he demands worship, absolute loyalty, and is enraged at any challenge to his supremacy.

Abilities: Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.

Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave. He can fire them in the form of multiple razor shards of energy to create wounds so that he can enter a body through.

Possession - The technique involves one being forcibly taking over the body of another, acquiring their power and abilities in the process.

Full Power Energy Blast Volley – Baby fires flurries of large, bright purple Ki Blasts that are more powerful than the average energy volley. It is useful for quick, effective, as well as causing massive accumulations of damage to the foes. The difference with the Full Power Energy Barrage Wave is that the user does not move his hands while firing it. The waves themselves just chase the opponent.

Reverse Shot - Baby fires a stream of magenta blasts at the target, causing moderate damage. As the technique's name suggests, any blasts that miss reverse their direction and hit the target from the back.

Revenge Death Ball – The sphere is comprised of the pure negative, dark-blue energy of all the possessed people under Baby's control, making it an evil Spirit Bomb, of some sort. Unlike the Spirit Bomb, however, the energy is evidently stored within Baby and can be replicated (and possibly amplified) at any time after the initial energy is absorbed. The Revenge Death Ball appears to be highly volatile as it will explode upon contact with anything, even the ground, making it unable to penetrate the surface of the Earth, like Frieza's Death Ball is able to, though it can destroy a planet upon contact, if he chooses to use the full power of the blast.
