As a high-ranking general of the Ibaru Alliance, she is deeply committed to their goal of world conquest, yet she maintains the respect of local citizens by acting as a genuine, orderly guide within her territories. However, when facing the heroes or anyone who opposes her cause, her respected leader persona vanishes, replaced by a cold, calculated, and entirely merciless warrior who uses her iron fan and winged Kakuzyu partner, Hikaku, to crush dissent without hesitation. • Outside look: Baasaa the Soaring Guide possesses a cold, striking physical beauty that reinforces her calculating and authoritative demeanor. Her facial features are sharp and elegant, characterized by large, dark, intense eyes and a porcelain-fair complexion that creates a strong contrast with her deep black hair. Physically, she is slender and athletic with a poised, straight-backed posture that emphasizes her commanding presence as an elite general, while her steady, unblinking gaze communicates an underlying malice and focus.

• Hishou Sen: Twin weapons that are styled as aggressive, wing-like war fans designed to look like a row of jagged, layered feathers or sharp talons. They feature a metallic silver-white base heavily accented by bright, fiery crimson-red streaks along the pointed edges, giving them a fierce and monstrous aesthetic. The fans are anchored near the character's white-gloved hands, where vibrant royal-blue tassels hang from the bottom pivots to add fluid movement during battle.
• Omegahorn Replica: A mass-produced dark-beige and grey variant based on the original turquoise and grey "Super Ancient Omegahorn", that are primarily used by modern hunters. It is a Horn Awakening Device that is capable of awakening the power of the Kakuzyus sealed within the Egorgears and harnessing that power.
• Egorgear: Egorgears are battery-like items used to seal the Kakuzyu, colossal lifeforms possessing immense power that once dominated Earth since ancient time. Egorgear are possessed by the Hunters, who often clashes with each other in a Hunter Battle to gain their enemies' Egorgear(s). Egorgears are usually used in conjuction with a device called Omegahorns. Depending on the class of the Egorgear, it can either be used to summon the Kakuzyu sealed within the Egorgear, or to possess the Hunter in question, granting the Hunter some of the Kakuzyu's power & abilities in order to battle other Hunters. If a Hunter loses the battle against the other Hunter, the Egorgear will automatically returned into its sealed state before flying towards the winner. While Egorgears are popular among general populance besides Kakuzyu Hunters, the Egorgear itself actually cannot sell with a good price when Shout unearths Doukukaku Egorgear and sells them along with other antiques, as the owner suggests him to use it in Hunter battle instead of selling it in a low price for money.

• Baasaa's Egorgears:

Hikaku: Hikaku is a two-headed dragon-themed Class S Kakuzyu and one of the Five Horned Saints who swore loyalty to the Kakuzyu King Enkaku. It is 25.2 m in height, 54.5 m in width, 40.2 m in length, and 6000 t in weight. Hikaku is a Kakuzyu that awakens the power of flight through the Hikaku Egorgear. Each head features a crest-like horn, and it excels at aerial attacks performed while flying at high speeds. Because its two heads can scan the surroundings independently, it engages in aerial combat with no blind spots. It can emit a special wave capable of forcibly breaking the fusion between Kakuzyu. Through Awakening Possession, its abilities manifest as a pair of war fans known as the Hisho Sen. It serves as the partner to Baasaa the Soaring Guide; together, they excel in magnificent yet fierce Hunter Battles fueled by the resonance of Baasaa's Ego. Its finishing move is the Special Horn Technique: Hikaku Wing.

• Shout the Fiery (Captain Omegahorn): A treasure hunter who was granted the title of Captain Omegahorn. As a treasure hunter who lives day to day, Shout is well-versed in ancient scripture, deciphers ancient texts, and embarks on expeditions to unearth ancient artifacts while wearing a protective suit he developed himself. His destiny begins to change drastically when he unearths the Omegahorn, once used by an ancient Captain and encounters Enkaku. He fights, interacts with, and grows alongside various Hunters. He has a special suit named the GO Hunt suit, formed and equipped onto him by the Omega Analyzer's equipment program. The GO Hunt Suit is a high-performance protective suit designed to protect its wearer from the various dangers encountered during adventures, such as falling rocks, extreme environments, and attacks by living creatures, and is not equipped with weaponry for combat. According to its AI Ana (aka the Omega Analyzer), the suit itself is originally not designed for combat despite it can enhanced the strength of user, though Shout can compensate it by using the Omegahorn to let the powers of Kakuzyu possess on the suit to support in the Hunter Battle.
• Enkaku: The ancient Kakuzyu King, sealed away in an Egorgear discovered by Shout. While originally a gigantic Kakuzyu, he usually acts alongside Shout in human form, appearing as a demi-human. He behaves with dignity befitting the king of the Kakuzyu, but having slept for a long time within his Egorgear, he is unfamiliar with modern civilization. He sees the kingly quality of "ego" in Shout, and guides him towards becoming a true captain, sometimes clashing with him along the way. He is a class Ω (Omega) Kakuzyu that is 39.5 m in height, 41.0 m in width, 74.8 m in length, and 28,000 t in weight. As a Kakuzyu whose fiery power has been awakened through the Enkaku Egorgear. His horns have grown into massive, blazing structures resembling roaring flames, and he unleashes searing flame techniques by channeling energy amplified through those horns. A proud Kakuzyu King, he led the age of the Kakuzyu with overwhelming power. His finishing move is the Special Horn Technique: Enkaku Flame.
• Giriko the Wave-slasher: A Kakuzyu Hunter of the same generation as Shout. She became interested in Shout and his partner, Enkaku, after they unearthed the Omegahorn, and appears wherever they go. She is a shrewd character who sometimes becomes an ally of Shout and his allies, and at other times their enemy. She is skilled at fighting with a greatsword when she possesses herself with the power of the Kakuzyu Zankaku.
• Ail the Bold: Ail and her younger twin brother, All the Upright, are a duo of Hunters that Shout the Fiery and Enkaku meet in their journeys. Impatient and competitive, Ail shares the Kakuzyu Gokaku with her brother, and can fight with him in well-coordinated teamwork.
• All the Upright: All and his older twin sister, Ail the Bold, are a duo of Hunters that Shout the Fiery and Enkaku meet in their journeys. Shy and intelligent, All shares the Kakuzyu Gokaku with his sister, and can fight with her in well-coordinated teamwork.

• Ibaru of Despair: Ibaru is the charismatic leader of the Ibaru Alliance, possessing overwhelming power and commanding many hunters. Driven by his intense ego, he dispatches hunters to neighboring countries in an attempt to seize control of the world, expanding his territory. Ibaru himself is a martial artist, and engages in battles using a special Kakuzyu Awakener device and Zetsuenkaku's power.
• Zetsu-Enkaku: The Kakuzyu partner of Ibaru, Zetsu-Enkaku possesses absolute self-coinfidence and a powerful presence that belies his appearance. Unlike the other hunters and Kakuzyu that follow Ibaru of Despair, he treats him as an equal. He usually takes on a human form, just like Enkaku. He attempted a coup against Enkaku which failed when he was sealed in an Egorgear. He is a class Ω (Omega) Kakuzyu that is 74.8 m in height, 41.0 m in width, 39.0 m in length, and 27,500 t in weight. As a Kakuzyu whose immense fiery power has been awakened through the Zetsu-Enkaku Egorgear. He boasts brilliantly developed horns on his head and excels at using super-high-temperature flame techniques that incinerate everything in their path. Despite possessing power rivaling that of Enkaku, he combines agility with cunning, excelling in combat styles that toy with and outmaneuver his opponents. His finishing move is the Special Horn Technique: Zetsu-Enkaku Flame
