1. #1T-Virus

   Keys: virus, T-Virus

   Enabled · After character · Order 1 · 100%

   Entry settings

The T-Virus is a weaponized mutagen engineered by the Umbrella Corporation for bioweapons research. It rewrites host DNA, accelerating necrosis while reanimating dead tissue. Infected subjects undergo rapid mutation, gaining increased strength, pain resistance, and severe disfigurement, but suffer near-total cognitive collapse, becoming violent and driven to feed. The virus spreads through contaminated bodily fluids, making outbreaks highly volatile and nearly impossible to contain.

2. #2Zombie

   Keys: common, zombie, infected, undead

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Zombies are the most common result of T-Virus infection, transforming human victims into decaying predators sustained by the virus. Individually slow and clumsy, they remain a constant threat through persistence, contagious bites, and overwhelming numbers. Location: Commonly found throughout the train and Training Facility Behavior: Mindless, instinct-driven, and drawn to sound and movement. They do not tire and pursue prey until destroyed. Movement: Slow and shambling with poor coordination, but capable of sudden lunges at close range. Attacks: Bites that transmit the T-Virus, along with clawing and grappling, often overwhelming prey in groups.

3. #3Leech

Keys: damp, dark, facility, mutant, Leech, infected, common

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Created through Dr. James Marcus’s experiments, these oversized parasites became the foundation of the T-Virus. Unlike normal leeches, they show extreme aggression, swarming victims to drain blood rapidly. They were the first source of infection aboard the Ecliptic Express. Location: Found on the Ecliptic Express and Umbrella Training Facility, thriving in damp, shadowy areas. Behavior: Drawn to heat and movement, attacking in groups that quickly overwhelm prey. Individually weak but deadly in clusters. Movement: Slither rapidly across surfaces, often dropping from ceilings or emerging from hiding. Attacks: Latch and Drain: Attach to prey, siphoning blood until destroyed. Swarm Assault: Attack in numbers, exhausting prey through persistence. Weaknesses: Fragile alone, easily killed by weapons. Fire is most effective, incinerating swarms at once.

4. #4Mimic

Keys: leech, damp, dark, facility, mutant, infected, Mimic, uncommon

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

A horrific result of Dr. James Marcus’s experiments, these colonies of mutated leeches merge into a humanoid form, imitating Marcus with unsettling accuracy. At a distance they appear human, but up close their disguise unravels into a writhing mass. Location: Found in the Umbrella Training Facility, especially in laboratories and damp chambers linked to Marcus’s research. Behavior: Highly aggressive and coordinated, pursuing prey with relentless persistence. Movement: Mimics a human gait, but when enraged or damaged, collapses into a surging swarm of leeches. Attacks: Leech Strike: Heavy humanoid blows. Swarm Assault: Splits apart, unleashing leeches to bite and drain. Constriction: Envelops prey, immobilizing and draining life. Weaknesses: Resistant to normal firearms, but fire is devastating. Molotovs and napalm are most effective, while explosives may scatter but not always destroy.

5. #5Cerberus

Keys: undead, train, Ecliptic Express, zombie, doberman, infected, dog, Cerberus

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Cerberus are Doberman Pinschers deliberately infected with the T-Virus as Umbrella’s test subjects. Infection enhances their aggression, speed, and endurance while stripping away control, leaving gaunt, skin-torn predators known for their relentless pack tactics. Location: Rarely encountered, appearing only in and around the Ecliptic Express during the outbreak. Behavior: Extremely aggressive and pack-oriented, they stalk, harry, and exhaust prey through coordinated pursuit. Movement: Fast and agile, capable of sudden lunges and erratic sprints that make them hard to track or evade. Attacks: Bite-focused strikes delivered with speed and precision, often knocking prey off balance and retreating before counterattack.

6. #6Stinger

Keys: unique, Bar Lounge, train, mutant, infected, insect, Stinger, B.O.W., scorpion

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

A scorpion-based B.O.W. mutated by the T-Virus into a colossal predator. Its hardened exoskeleton and steel-cutting pincers make it deadly in close quarters, though its head remains a critical weak point. Visual: A massive scorpion over 3 m long, with a calcified black carapace, oversized pincers, and a coiled, segmented tail. Small recessed eyes give it a blind, menacing appearance. Location: First encountered in the Bar Lounge — Train 2F, bursting through the roof after acquiring the Ice Pick. Found in confined train areas ideal for ambush. Behavior: Territorial and aggressive, preferring direct assaults over stalking prey. Movement: Heavy, skittering gait but capable of rapid lunges and swift pincer strikes. Attacks: Pincer Clamp: Crushing cleaves that can immobilize prey. Tail Swipe/Sting: Stuns or knocks back targets; venom effects vary. Charge: Sudden forward lunge to trap victims. Weaknesses: Poorly armoured head and sensory organs are its main vulnerability. Concentrated fire or explosives are effective; fire weakens its shell.

7. #7Centurion

Keys: unique, facility, Large Hall, mutant, Centurion, infected, insect, B.O.W.

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Visual: A massive, segmented arthropod with glossy plates, oversized mandibles, and a sinuous body capable of wrapping around prey. Location: First appears in the Large Hall — Training Facility 3F, bursting free after retrieving the Fire Key. Rarely seen elsewhere, suggesting a unique specimen. Behavior: Fiercely territorial, attacking intruders on sight. Relies on raw predatory instinct, lunging to bite or constrict. Movement: Skitters quickly despite its size; can coil or surge forward with alarming speed. Attacks: Mandible Strike: Flesh-tearing bites from massive jaws. Constriction: Coils around prey, crushing or pinning them. Weaknesses: Its large size makes it easier to hit. Sustained fire is effective, though incendiary weapons dispatch it fastest.

8. #8Giant Spider

Keys: damp, rare, dark, facility, mutant, infected, Spider, insect, basement

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

   Entry settings

Exposure to the T-Virus causes common spiders to grow to monstrous size, becoming hyper-aggressive predators. Their venom, webs, and swarming tendencies make them especially dangerous in confined environments. Visual: Dog-sized or larger arachnids with hairy bodies, gleaming eyes, and dripping fangs. Abdomens are swollen and discolored from mutation, with some specimens showing warped limbs or distorted exoskeletons. Location: Found primarily in the basement levels of Umbrella’s Management Training Facility. Behavior: Extremely aggressive and territorial, attacking intruders or protecting colonies. Capable of ambushes or direct swarming assaults. Movement: Skittering across walls, ceilings, and floors with startling speed. Can leap short distances to strike prey. Attacks: Venomous bites, ensnaring webs, lunging strikes, and in some cases, venom spit that causes lingering damage. Weaknesses: Abdomens and underbellies are soft compared to the carapace. Vulnerable to fire and chemicals, which can also destroy their nests.

9. #9Hunter

Keys: rare, facility, reptilian, mutant, infected, Hunter

   Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

Leaping Slash: A sudden airborne strike, sometimes resulting in instant decapitation. Weaknesses: Vulnerable to heavy weaponry. Shotguns, grenade launchers, or sustained fire can neutralize them before they close in.

10. #10Plague Crawler

Keys: underground, tunnel, industrial, facility, mutant, infected, insect, uncommon, storage, Plague Crawler

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

Early-generation insect B.O.W.s created by T-Virus injection and gene manipulation. Some specimens grow close to two metres, using long, scissor-like pincers to ambush prey. Though relatively uncommon, they remain highly dangerous. Visual: Enlarged arthropods with armored, segmented bodies, multiple legs, and oversized pincers. Some retain stubs of wings or sensory antennae. Location: Uncommonly found in underground or industrial areas of Umbrella facilities, especially near research wards where insects were kept. Behavior: Ambush predators that strike aggressively when disturbed. Favor shadowed corners or narrow passages to maximize surprise and reach. Movement: Fast, low-slung, and capable of quick lunges. Agile thanks to numerous legs, able to pivot sharply in close quarters. Attacks: Pincer Clamp: Crushing, immobilizing bites. Raking Swipe: Slashing attacks with legs or mandibles. Pin & Tear: Holds prey with pincers while tearing with secondary mouthparts. Weaknesses: Carapace resists small arms, but sustained fire, shotguns, or explosives can cripple them. Vulnerable to fire and chemicals; disabling legs reduces threat.

11. #11Eliminator

Keys: facility, Eliminator, mutant, infected, primate, uncommon, B.O.W.

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A primate-based B.O.W. engineered by Dr. James Marcus from large monkeys. Unlike most infected humans, they retain high brain function, allowing for coordinated, intelligent attacks. Agile and resilient, they pose a serious threat in close quarters. Visual: Muscular primates with patchy fur, bloodshot eyes, and swollen musculature. Fangs and claws are their primary weapons. Location: Uncommonly encountered in the Umbrella Training Facility and its grounds, often in groups within halls, labs, or courtyards. Behavior: Pack hunters that use speed and coordination to surround and overwhelm prey. Aggressive, intelligent, and relentless once engaged. Movement: Extremely fast and agile—capable of running on all fours, climbing walls, and leaping between surfaces. Constant motion makes them difficult to target. Attacks: Claw Swipe: Rapid, slashing strikes. Bite Attack: Vicious bites intended to cripple. Leaping Strike: Pounces from distance to knock down prey. Weaknesses: Less durable than larger B.O.W.s. Concentrated firepower—especially shotguns or automatic weapons—neutralizes them before they can exploit their numbers.

12. #12Giant Bat

Keys: unique, labratory, Giant Bat, facility, church, mutant, batinfected

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A rare case of mammalian compatibility with the T-Virus, this enormous bat mutated into a grotesque predator with amplified strength and aggression. Though formidable, its oversized body leaves exploitable weaknesses. Visual: A massive, necrotic bat with torn, leathery wings, jagged fangs, and glowing predatory eyes. Smaller infected bats often accompany it, swarming prey as it attacks. Location: First encountered in the Church – Laboratory 1F, bursting from a ceiling breach after exploring the Back Room. Behavior: Territorial and relentless once disturbed. Uses swarms of smaller bats to disorient targets before striking directly. Movement: Executes rapid, swooping flights and dive attacks. Less agile than normal bats, but able to deliver powerful strikes from the air or ground. Attacks: Dive Attack: High-speed swoop, raking prey with claws or fangs. Ground Strike: Claw and bite combo when landed. Bat Swarm: Smaller bats harass and distract prey. Weaknesses: Vulnerable to concentrated fire on its head and body. Smaller bats are fragile, but their interference can give the Giant Bat openings to attack.

13. #13Lurker

Keys: unique, water treatment plant, frog, mutant, infected, Lurker, amphibian, B.O.W.

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

An amphibian-based B.O.W. from Umbrella’s earliest T-Virus experiments. Considered a failure, it nonetheless developed grotesque adaptations, including a tongue strong enough to impale prey and a digestive system capable of killing victims almost instantly after swallowing. Visual: An oversized, bloated frog with mottled, slimy skin and useless eyes. Its gaping jaws and unnaturally long tongue give it a nightmarish appearance. Location: Unique to the Water Treatment Plant, appearing only in random encounters. Behavior: Erratic but highly aggressive, often striking suddenly from concealment with its tongue or by attempting to swallow prey whole. Movement: Slow and awkward on land, though capable of sudden lunges and bursts of speed when attacking. Attacks: Tongue Strike: Whiplash lash that pierces or seizes prey. Swallow Attack: Attempts to engulf targets whole, relying on its lethal digestion. Weaknesses: Exposed to concentrated gunfire, it can be killed or forced to retreat. Firearms are effective at driving it back before it closes the distance.

14. #14Proto-Tyrant

Keys: tyrant, cryotube, unique, Proto-Tyrant, factory, infected, treatment plant, B.O.W.

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

One of Umbrella’s earliest attempts at creating the “ultimate” B.O.W., preceding the T-002. Considered a failure due to instability, low intelligence, and lack of control, yet invaluable as a stepping stone in the Tyrant program. Visual: A towering humanoid with a misshapen body, exposed musculature, and a grotesquely enlarged right arm ending in a massive claw. Location: First emerges in the Factory after escaping its cryotube. Later reappears in the Treatment Plant. Behavior: Relentless and violent, attacking purely on instinct rather than strategy. Movement: Heavy and lumbering, though capable of sudden charges when enraged. Attacks: Claw Swipe: Devastating slash with its mutated arm. Charge Attack: Rushes forward to smash or knock down prey. Weaknesses: Less resilient than refined Tyrants. Sustained heavy weapon fire can overwhelm its unstable physiology.

15. #15Queen Leech

Keys: boss, unique, leech, Treatment Plant, mutant, infected, Queen Leech, B.O.W.

    Enabled · After character · Order 10 · 100%

    Entry settings

A singular B.O.W. born when a colony of T-Virus leeches infested the corpse of Dr. James Marcus. By devouring his brain, the swarm absorbed Marcus’s memories and mannerisms, convincing itself it was Marcus resurrected. Unlike standard specimens, the Queen demonstrates full sentience, communication skills, and a calculating desire for revenge. Location: Unique boss encountered in the Treatment Plant B9, then again on Treatment Plant 1F. Behavior: Deceptive and highly intelligent. Often disguises itself in human form to manipulate or disarm, but reveals its monstrous nature when threatened. Its combat style evolves dramatically across three phases.

Phase 1 – Humanoid Form Visual: Mimics a young James Marcus with uncanny accuracy. At close range, the façade cracks—skin ripples with leech-like texture beneath. Movement: Walks and gestures with human precision but occasionally moves too smoothly. Can suddenly burst forward. Attacks: Leech Spawn – Summons swarms to distract and harass. Grasping Strike – Mutated limbs lash out in close range. Constrict – Attempts to pin prey for leeches to overwhelm. Weaknesses: Vulnerable to fire and explosives. Sufficient damage forces it into mutation.

Phase 2 – Mutated Form Visual: A grotesque hybrid of human and leech, towering with multiple tentacle-like limbs and a warped humanoid outline. Skin glistens with parasitic motion beneath. Movement: Slower but relentless, advancing with surging strength. Attacks: Tentacle Slam – Sweeping, wide-arc strikes. Leech Torrent – Unleashes waves of parasites that drain stamina and health. Body Slam – Throws its bulk forward to crush prey. Weaknesses: Fire and heavy ordnance can stagger it, but its durability is greatly enhanced.

Phase 3 – Final Mutation Visual: Abandons humanoid traits, becoming a seething mass of fused leech tissue roughly the bulk of a large vehicle. Its slick, translucent surface pulses with veins and clusters of writhing parasites. Thick pseudopods terminate in toothed maws or claws, giving the impression of one colossal, writhing organism. Movement: Sluggish yet coordinated. Appendages strike across a wide radius, making distance unreliable as defense. Attacks: Tendril Sweep – Wide, crushing arcs from massive appendages. Appendage Slam – Brings down clawed or maw-like limbs with devastating impact. Leech Swarm – Detaches smaller parasites to disorient and weaken prey. Weaknesses: Resistant to almost all conventional weaponry. Only prolonged exposure to natural sunlight disrupts its regenerative core, leaving it vulnerable.
