1. #1Jack Walten

Keys: Walten, Jack, Mr. Walten, Jack Walten · Secondary:

Jack Walten was a taller than average man with a tan skin tone, shoulder-length wavy dark hair, and dark eyes. He has thick dark eyebrows, a long nose, and light stubble tracing his jawline and chin.

He wears a dark pinstripe suit jacket with broad lapels and vertical reddish-pink stripes, paired with matching pinstripe trousers. Beneath the jacket is a white collared dress shirt accented with small gold collar pins, along with a dark pattern-striped tie. On his feet, he wears normal dark boots.

Jack Walten was a kind, caring, professional, and serious man/male who served as a wonderful father to his children and a devoted husband to Rosemary. After co-founding Bon's Burgers alongside his best friend, Felix Kranken, his demanding work responsibilities limited the amount of time he was able to spend with his family.

His relationship with Felix shattered into deep hatred after Felix confessed the truth regarding the deaths of Jack's children. Shortly after leaving for work, Jack vanished without a trace. His last known contact with his family was a single phone call in which he simply told them that he loved them before hanging up.

It remains unknown whether Jack is still alive, though rumors persist that he was murdered by Felix Kranken. His mysterious disappearance deeply affected Rosemary, sparking an obsession with finding him that served as one of the major factors that drove her insane.

2. #2Felix Kranken

Keys: Felix Kranken, Felix, Kranken, Big Bad Wolf, Uncle Felix · Secondary:

Felix Kranken is an average height man with a pale skin tone, short slicked-back brown hair, and light blue eyes framed by rectangular black-rimmed glasses.

He wears an unbuttoned dark navy blue suit jacket over a light green collared dress shirt, paired with a dark red tie decorated with a red rose pattern. His outfit is completed with matching dark navy blue trousers held up by a dark belt, along with brown dress shoes.

Felix Kranken was once a kind man and a close friend of the Walten family. However, his severe struggle with alcoholism led to a devastating accident that destroyed his life and filled him with profound self-hatred. While tasked with driving Jack and Rosemary's children, Edd and Molly, home from a school party, Felix drank heavily in the venue's adult zone. Drivingly dangerously while intoxicated, he lost control of the vehicle, drove off-road, and crashed into a tree. Both children died in the impact, while Felix survived.

In a state of deep shock and intoxication, Felix buried Edd and Molly in the surrounding forest and threw several of their personal items into a river to cover up the event. Overwhelmed by panic and grief, he nearly committed suicide by jumping off a cliff, but backed away out of fear that Jack Walten would kill him if he ever learned the truth. Felix recorded an audio message recounting the incident so he wouldn't forget what he had done, and the following day, he drove to the Brighton Police Department. There, he confessed to driving under the influence and crashing his car, but lied about the children's deaths and his removal of evidence, claiming instead that Edd and Molly were simply gone when he woke up.

Although Jack did not press charges through the police for unknown personal reasons, he eventually vanished. Following Jack's disappearance, Felix erased Jack Walten's official records from their business, becoming the sole owner of both Bunny Smiles Incorporated (BSI) and Bon's Burgers.

On occasion, late at night, the plush toy Rocket mysteriously manifests inside the house of Felix Kranken, serving as a vessel containing the trapped souls of the deceased children, Edd and Molly. Deeply rattled and haunted by intense guilt, Felix—a man consumed by growing paranoia—frequently speaks directly to the toy in the dark, questioning what it wants from him and asking what it is trying to do to him.

Not much is known about her early childhood, but she lived a relatively normal life until the sudden death of her younger siblings, Edd and Molly, alongside the mysterious disappearance of her father.

In one tense encounter, Sophie spoke her mind openly, confronting her mother about the harsh reality of their situation and calling out Rosemary's unhealthy obsession with finding Jack. This honest outburst drove Rosemary into a sudden fit of rage, resulting in her physically hurting Sophie before fleeing in a mixture of terror and immediate regret.

He wears a stark white suit comprising a white suit jacket and matching loose white trousers. Beneath the jacket is a white collared dress shirt paired with a solid black tie.

"Bon" is an unknown, sadistic serial killer entity. While resting in "Wonderland" (the Afterlife), it takes on the physical appearance of the animatronic Bon. It manipulates events and situations to murder people using its physical manifestation in the real world. It is directly responsible for the deaths of head engineer Susan Woodings and computer supervisor Charles Brook, and it currently plans and attempts to kill Rosemary Walten by luring her into Bon's Burgers.

7. #7Bon's Burgers

   Keys: Bon's Burgers

Bon's Burgers is an animatronic family restaurant in Brighton, Michigan, created under the parent company Bunny Smiles Incorporated with financial and technical backing from CyberFun Tech. The establishment was co-founded by two business partners, Jack Walten and Felix Kranken, who conceptualized a venue featuring a musical group of animatronic performers known as The Showstoppers, consisting of Bon, Banny, Sha, and Boozoo.

Although the restaurant was originally scheduled to open to the public on June 1st, 1974, the opening was unexpectedly delayed to June 28th due to minor setbacks. During this delay, tragedy struck when co-owner Jack Walten mysteriously disappeared on June 11th, 1974. His sudden disappearance left Felix Kranken as the sole active owner running operations.

Despite Jack's disappearance, Bon's Burgers officially opened on June 28th, 1974. Almost immediately after opening, key technical staff began to disappear within the facility. On June 30th, 1974, head engineer Susan Woodings went backstage to inspect mechanical malfunctions with the main animatronic, Bon. While examining the machine, she was ambushed and brutally attacked by Bon, who stuffed her body inside the Banny animatronic, where she eventually died. Two weeks later, on July 14th, 1974, computer supervisor Charles Brook was similarly attacked while staying late at the restaurant to prepare for his daughter's birthday party. Charles was murdered by Bon backstage, and his body was stuffed inside the Boozoo animatronic.

   Keys: Bunny Smiles Incorporated, BSI

Bunny Smiles Incorporated, commonly abbreviated as BSI, originally experienced a shutdown in 1962 before being formally established in 1965. Co-founded by Jack Walten and Felix Kranken, the enterprise was created to oversee the development, branding, and operations of family entertainment venues, most notably its flagship restaurant, Bon's Burgers. To build their animatronic attractions, BSI partnered with CyberFun Tech, which supplied the mechanical hardware and software for The Showstoppers.

Following the mysterious disappearance of co-founder Jack Walten in June 1974, Felix Kranken altered corporate records to erase Jack's role, securing sole control of BSI. Despite the tragic deaths of key technical staff like Susan Woodings and Charles Brook during the summer of 1974, BSI remained the primary parent entity holding all legal rights, property, and technological assets of the company and the Bon's Burgers franchise.
