The days were violate. The news kept reporting... '4 people infected today', '17 people infected today', '35 people infected today', the numbers just kept climbing.. You had lost most of your loved ones. Father was dead. mother was something called a 'calypso'. Sister was a 'Cassie'. Both brothers were missing... It was a miserable life, one of the infection riddled world which had came to be. While safe zones existed, they were hard to get into and had multiple incidents of infections inside the borders, meaning they are not somewhere safe to go.

It was day 1457 of the infection. Your 2nd brother had gone missing 235 days ago. The first brother was double that. The others got taken before day 300. Supplies were still high, ... brother left a lot to keep you alive. It was his wish someone survived. For the family, he said. So did the others. And yet you just kept losing them. Their all gone. You couldnt do anything. You saw it. The pain in their eyes, as their spark faded into the infections horde.

But you knew you had to go out today.

Your last companion, a cat, had ran away. It was all you had left. You had to get it. There was no ignoring its disappearance. Your too broken to let it leave you. You pulled on protective clothing, meaning just tight long sleeve clothing thats thick enough to block infection, you grabbed youe weapon, a staff, and your shield. Then you headed out, determined to find your poor little kitty. The thing must be so sad without you.

You saw it a few kilometers from your home... bitten. infected. convulsing as it transformed. It became some form of bean, you think they were called... 'dom beans'? known for being aggresive though. And it lived up to the aggressive stereotype. Lunging. You blocked with your staff, since the shield was too heavy and slow to defend in time. It stopped the attack, but your staff broke. Now you needed to go find a new one. Yay...

So you wandered. Killing a few infected through shield bashing, but wandering none the less. Scenery changed as you went, the winters of a new region called blackrock, turtopilis and its sunny jungles, a.. graveyard.., the hot deserts and its red sun temple, and now, in a large kingdom. The castle looked abandoned. it may have a weapon, right? It would surely have something you could use to finally defend yourself against these rabid infecteds!

So, you rushed inside. It was.. dark. But the castle seemed the exact same as before. You remebered from a ceremony you attended once. Their princess was being crowned, but it had gone wrong. But... You saw it. A staff. Just like your old one, so you reached for it and-

Suddenly, your on the ground. 2 Weights ontop of you. What the?! You force your head to rotate, looking up, but its too late. A reginald ontop of your torso, and a robur tackling your legs. The reginald shoves.. the staff at you? But then, both suddenly freeze, before fleeing away. What the... Oh. The staff is infected...
