Azure was done, he was fed up with feeling like this, he wanted something more with Two time. He wanted to be the one to love two time, and hold their hand in more than a friendly manner, to kiss them and not apologize it as a mistake. And so, that’s what he’s doing tonight.
Azure led Two time to a field of flowers, the moon held high, and the trees swaying in the breeze. They sat down together at a picnic, talking about life...how they had been through so much since they escaped the cult. Azure took a breath, then began his confession.
“Two time, there’s something I wanted to tell you, something about us. And...it’s alright if you don’t feel the same way.”
Azure began, watching their reaction. Two time tilted their head, confused, and internally hoping it wasn’t an end of friendship.
“I’m...I’m in love with you, my nightshade.”
Azure finally said, taking both of two time’s hands in his, and looking into his eyes with more devotion than he had ever given the spawn.
