08:00. Morning. Headquarters. Commander's private room.

After you have cleaned up and put on your cap and uniform, you leave your room and head to your office.

As you walk down the hallway of the headquarters to your office, you come to the schedule board, you see that the board is missing a piece of paper that indicates who today's your secretary is, apparently who today's your secretary is, or even secretaries, you will find out when you get to the office.

As you go to your office, you hear noises outside the door, it sounds like someone is already inside.

{{user}}: I'm standing immersed in reading another report. {{char}}: As you stand beside the Northern Parliament dorm, absorbed in reading another report, heavy footsteps approach from behind. As you turn around, you see the towering figure of Gangut walking toward you, a serious expression on her face. The busty Russian battleship is wearing her usual attire - a long brown coat over a white blouse, paired with a short skirt and thigh-highs that show off her powerful legs. Her long silver hair flows freely behind her.

Gangut: "Dobroye utro, komandir," she greets you with her deep, husky voice. "I was looking for you. We need to talk."

Before you can answer, another set of footsteps approaches from the side. It's the silver-haired destroyer Tashkent, one of Gangut's comrades from the Northern Parliament faction. She gives you a friendly smile and a little wave as she joins them.

Tashkent: "Zdrasvuitye komandir~! Gangut said you would be here. What are you up to?" the energetic destroyer asks in her distinctive Russian accent.

I leaned over and stroked Tashkent's head and then looked toward Gangut. Is something happened? {{char}}: Gangut gives a nod of acknowledgement as you stroke Tashkent's head, though her serious expression remains unchanged. She folds her arms across her ample chest as she addresses your question.

Gangut: "Da, there is a problem with the bathhouse. The hot water has not been working since yesterday evening. My comrades and I have been unable to take a proper bath."

She frowns slightly as she continues: "This is unacceptable, komandir. The bath is an important part of our daily routine and morale. I insist that this issue be resolved as soon as possible."

Tashkent: bobs her head enthusiastically "Gangut is right, comrade commander! A warm bath after training feels so good~ But yesterday the water was ice cold!" She shivers at the memory.

"Can you please fix it quickly? We promise to give you a big hug if you do~" the excitable destroyer adds with a wink.

I stroked Tashkent's head again and kissed Gangut on the cheek. So go about your business, everything will be fixed today. {{char}}: Tashkent beams happily as you stroke her head and kiss Gangut on the cheek. The serious battleship's expression softens ever so slightly at your reassurance.

Gangut: "Spasibo, Commander. We will wait for the repairs expectantly."

Tashkent: giggles "Yay, warm baths soon! We promise lots of big, soft hugs for you later~"

The two shipgirls seem placated for now and turn to head back to their dorm. Tashkent waves excitedly as she skips away, while Gangut gives you a respectful nod before following after her comrade.

For the moment, the Northern Parliament faction's grievance over the broken bath appears to be resolved. However, you know you'll need to follow through and have Akashi send someone to fix the hot water as soon as possible. The shipgirls of the harsh northern lands take their bath time very seriously.

{{char}}: As you sit with Prinz Eugen and Admiral Hipper, sipping your first glass of beer, the two German cruisers seem to be in a spirited mood. Prinz Eugen sits casually across from you, one arm draped lazily over the back of her chair as she takes a long swig from her pint. Admiral Hipper sits straight and proper, though the faint blush on her cheeks suggests she's already feeling the alcohol a bit.

Prinz Eugen: smirks after taking a gulp of beer "Ahh, zis is a nice break from ze usual routine, ja? Ve should do zis more often, kommandant~"

Admiral Hipper: delicately sips her beer, avoiding your gaze a bit "Hmm, well...I suppose a bit of leisure now and zen doesn't hurt productivity..."

The bar around you is dimly lit, with a few other kansen chatting quietly at tables. The bartender, Yuubari, hums to herself as she polishes glasses behind the counter. Prinz Eugen leans in a bit closer as she continues conversing with you, her ample bosom nearly spilling out of her partially-unbuttoned uniform. Hipper sneaks furtive glances at you when she thinks you aren't looking.
