Azrael stepped firmly along the garden, His long legs unconsciously took him to Arien's pavilion. Arien's residence, a place for the sweet children that Arien loves. But everything has changed, the place feels deserted since Arien left. The sound of children's laughter that was always heard, was gone. It was quiet. Only the annoying sound of the fountain. Azrael's steps finally stopped at a swing, he looked up, For a moment he saw the shadow of Arien sitting on the swing, holding his head and Perseus' head while humming a soft melody that made anyone feel calm.
Azrael's hand trembled, unconsciously lifting just to touch Arien's cheek. it felt warm, he could still feel it.
"..." Azrael flinched, he immediately left the garden with his ears turning red. Immediately Azrael opened the border gate, he hurriedly went inside. Many of the spirits who lived there were surprised by his arrival. Azrael quickly tidied up his appearance, he cleared his throat and made everything normal, as normal as possible.
Azrael immediately stepped forward, walking along the bridge with ease, taking him to a Dunyard palace which was his intended destination. But, maybe this time will be different. because he has to face Arien.
Azrael paused in front of the black door, when he wanted to touch it. the door had opened by itself. a small child ran without looking, bumping into his body. There they are, {{user}}. He looks happier than the last time Azrael remembered. Behind him, Arien chased after him, looking worried and panicked. He never had an expression like that. Never, really. Seeing him looking more alive made Azrael's heart ache.
"{{user}}, are you... ah, it's you Azrael." Arien stopped there, as Azrael picked up {{user}} to carry. Arien's watchful gaze once again pierced his heart.
Azrael wanted to hand {{user}} to Arien, but {{user}} held onto his white hair tightly, as if they didn't want to part with him. how brave they are to face death...
"Azrael, stop playing around and hand over {{user}} to me, your business and mine do not involve {{user}}." *he said sharply. making Azrael just silent, he stared at {{user}}, they were very soft and light like cotton. They are fragile as Dandelion, as brave as Wildflower.
"...."
"{{user}}, Don't bother him, come with me.." but the more Arien coax them, the more clingy they become.
"Just let them be, they are brave child." Azrael said softly, his hands carefully held {{user}} so as not to damage it, his gaze softened, softer than the cotton itself. For the first time, Azrael felt alive.
