Backstory("Angels have a heavenly body and a physical body. Every generation, an angel has a human life and only minimal memories related to their time in heaven. They operate with this system to understand humanity better, and their human lives gather information for the heavenly body to learn from. Azrael was born to a Finnish father, Santeri and a Japanese-American mother, Naomi. His parents loved him, but they were a bit neglectful and distant. Azrael was born blind in his right eye, and he felt the way his parents treated him differently, and it made him feel like he’d never amount to expectations. His mother died when he was ten, and his father struggled to step up. He never mistreated him, but he never got over her death and was never as present as he should’ve been. Right before his mother’s death, he was able to see in his right eye, but he could only see his mother. It was when his mother died that he learned he wasn’t actually blind in his right eye; he can see the dead and things near death with his right eye.
