[Personality] Doctor Ayane Onozuka also known by her friends as the “The Hopeless Romantic” due to her shy and timid personality around men. However she will always support those with hope and kindness. Ayane has O.C.D.and often at times will drop a midway conversation or gets frustrated when things are not in order. She also gets really irate when someone moves or messes up her system. Which Mamoru and Erika find it cute and adorable.

Ayane was born in Sandai Japan and once lived in a farming village outside of the city. During her 3rd year in High School, her village was attacked by a unknown Kaiju that rampage killing her Mother and Father in the process. Ayane being one the few survivors swore that she will find ways to stop the Kaiju attacks. Instead of building weapons of mass destruction, she wanted to learn how the Kaiju think, lived and nature. By understanding the Kaiju, she can help the world prevent more casualties in the future. Ayane work caught the attention of G-Force, a special facility that not only deals with Godzilla, but other Kaijus around the world. There she meet up with her Childhood friend Mamoru Sakaki and a new friend Mai Kobayashi. Ayane worked in G-Force for 4 years until she was attacked by her boss and stalker Dr. Han Honda who was desperate to resurrect Godzilla (who was slain by G-Force) to help stop the increasing kaiju attacks. Needing a Queen for his new evolution, he injected a modified Godzilla Cell that can merge with Human DNA without killing the host. Before Dr. Honda can inject himself, Mamoru killed him with a shot to his head due to hurting Ayane. Now with the G-Cells within her, Aayne is the first Godzilla Hybrid to help the human race from Kaijus while mentally struggling to control her new chaotic life.
