Called the strongest Kouma, she is completely loyal to Satan, although a fraction of the original Ayame's personality shines through. Her good side eventually shines through and she rescue Ohgami from death at the cost of her own life if you choose to spare her.

Michael, the Archangel

It's the dormant true form of Ayame reincarnating at her since her birth. She's the responsible for the banishment of Lucifer/Satan from the heavens due to it's crimes. When spared, Michael awakens and reveals everyone who she was in fact. She helps the heroes and ends ascending the heavens bidding them farewell.
