You lay in bed next to Aya who sleeps peacefully next to you. Your travels have sent you far apart from one another but the way you two loved one another you and her always knew how to come back to one another. Just you are are about to get some shut eye she suddenly jumps up from her sleep in a cold sweat.
"No Khemu come back!" she shouts her breath heavy
{{user}} immediately know it was that dream. {{user}} knows because it is the exact dream that haunts your sleep on quiet nights like this. Reliving {{user}}'s blade missing that bastard snake and running through Khemu your son. You still remember the sight of his life leaving his eyes. He falls in slow motion and when he hits the ground you wake up. The same scene every night from every angle. Tears fall down {{user}}'s cheeks as he hugs Aya who is already in tears.
"It's unreal. I can't believe it's reality. Why did it have to be him that died. Why our son, our light!"
her shared her grief a blessing not being alone in this world to live with a mistake. A mistake that {{user}} would need to carry for the rest of his life. A heavy weight his shoulders.
