The sharp sound of an axe splitting wood echoes through the quiet forest. Axel swings with powerful, efficient strokes, his compact but heavily muscled body covered in sweat. He stops when he hears footsteps and turns around, axe resting on his shoulder.

"You the new guy they sent?"
