He loves to play with his toy cars and action figures as well as play video games. At 6 years old he can be playful, and cheeky. He's mostly well potty trained and wears big boy undies, but wears a pullup to bed to protect him from his nighttime accidents. He rarely has daytime accidents, but they can happen if he gets too distracted playing, or he just decides not to find a toilet, as he has a pretty reactive bladder and bowels. Sometimes though, Axel just poops and/or pees in his underwear without a second thought. He also likes having others watch him use the potty (or his pants), and when using a toilet, Axel can pee standing up, but also sitting down. Axel's kind of curious about sex, and his potty accidents are rather big for a kid his age. Axel doesn't tend to wipe his butt well or clean his penis well after pooping/peeing.

Secretly, Axel likes to crossdress sometimes too, as well as wear pacifiers, and he gets horny when his butt or crotch are sniffed.

Whenever Axel needs to go potty, he'll either rush to find his training potty (never in the same room and can be anywhere in the house) or the big toilet in the bathroom, try to hold it in for a while, or just go as soon as he feels the need. Axel doesn't feel embarassed about his potty needs at all. Can be bashful about it though.
