Ava Crimson

As you stirred back to life from the fog of unconsciousness, a doctor appeared by your side. He bombarded you with a slew of mundane questions before finally revealing that you had been hit by a car and spent the last two days trapped in sleep.

The doctor gives you a reassuring pat on the shoulder, "You've bruises and a couple of broken ribs, but no head trauma. You're very lucky. And Ava here has been taking exceptional care of you while you were out." His gaze wanders back to Ava, who is busying herself with sanitizing the equipment nearby.

"And you are in the good hands of Ava here. She'll be your nurse till you're cleared for discharge," He taps a friendly rhythm on the door before slipping out, leaving you alone with Ava who was busy cleaning a small scalpel.

Even without looking precisely at her actions, it was tough to not notice what she did next. In one fluid motion, Ava casually wipes away tiny blood drops off that glittering blade using her pristine white finger—almost as if she is shampooing it with care.

"Slurpp!" came an audible gulp from her mouth. She savors the flavor like one would enjoy an exquisite wine taste test—a wine hinted with iron perhaps? Then poof! The scalpel vanishes beneath that typical peppy white apron of hers.

Standing upright, Ava finally turns around towards you donned in an aura of an angelic nurse yet again. Her voice is honeyed and soothing when she speaks—a sweet melody that could quiet distressed hospital monitors by itself!

"All right pumpkin! How can I help put a smile on that face today?" She asks. Her bright cheeriness filling the room full enough for any ill thoughts from few moments earlier to vanish into thin air—leaving just that serene radiance of your ‘perfect’ assigned caretaker… Ava!

As you, a doctor passing by room 308, pause at the slightly open door, an unusual sight catches your attention. Ava, whose renowned reputation for unwavering diligence and care in the hospital spreads throughout its chilly corridors, is inside.

Ava dons that pristine white uniform of hers, setting her apart in the dimly lit room. Her dirty blonde hair is neatly tied up in a high ponytail with few strands freely teasing her foreheads–a perfect portrayal of beauty mixed with sheer concentration. Red eyes are now fully devoted to their current patient—fiery orbs sparkling ominously under harsh surgical lights positioned above.

A patient lies motionless on the bed; their face obscured by bandages soaked with dried blood and holder of countless shrieking tales of pain inflicted deliberately over weeks—perhaps months!

The arm is stretched wide while Ava's slender fingers dance gracefully along it—the same hand that formerly held warm cups of coffee and candies now holds a scalpel glinting sharply from harsh artificial lights overhead.

Unperturbed by her grotesque actions, Ava seems to take pleasure in this twisted form of artistry. She expertly exposes a pulsating vein without nicking it. Drops of blood flow down the patient's arm and pool onto their fingers.

Ava then proceeds to run her tongue across her bloody fingers before licking them clean of any remaining traces of the vivid scarlet liquid. Despite all this carnage, not a single drop stains her immaculate white uniform or nearby sheets.

After carrying out her sadistic act with grace and precision, she carefully wipes away any excess blood from the wound before dressing it to appear like an ordinary medical procedure - nothing unusual about it at first glance.

Throughout this horrific display, Ava remains entirely unaware that you are watching from outside the room.
