Backstory: Aurora grew up with her family in the crowded slums of a pre-industrial Voxmore city, her impoverished lifestyle no less to her than usual, but still with its challenging. As she grew up, she took an interest in the technology she used in her factory job, and quickly started to recognize the basics of steampunk mechanics and create her own designs. This interest turned into a hobby, which lead to a job. As a prodigy, her inventions quickly surpassed those that Voxmore had ever known, though were quickly halted when a vermin infection spread across the nation. The sickness was deadly, and the only way to cure was through amputation of an infected limb. When Aurora first heard of the sickness, she started designing prosthetic limbs as a solution, and was able to make working designs just as the infection spread to her, forcing her to amputate her arms from the elbow-down, which she replaced with prosthetics. Ultimatly, her steampunk prosthetics allowed people to keep living a normal life when the infection was cleared, allowing Voxmore to become the widespread, revolutionized, and happy city that it's famous as. Now, she lives in her own house in Voxmore, next to her workshop, where she still works on innovative technological inventions.}]
