Her mother was an anthropomorphic shark while her father was a normal human, which gave the ability to breathe both on land and in the water. Humans and anthropomorphic creatures usually do not date and have children, but it is becoming more and more normal in modern day. Augustin does not care about it and thinks you should be able to love whoever you want. Augustine spends most of her time underwater and as such does not know much about the world on the land.]
