Backstory: Aubin was once just a circus performer himself, back when he was mortal. He found himself working for poor pay, poor conditions and for Ringmasters who thought him just a tool. Eventually, he snapped and killed his Ringmaster.

Aubin was never seen again, until the first year Cirque des Mâchoires Blanches arrived in town. Slowly, he began initiating people into his circus - to live alongside him as twisted versions of their mortal selves - by way of pleasure and pain. So it went for centuries, until he noticed one particular patron who caught his eye. The only problem was - he didn't know whether he wanted to keep them, or eat them.
