Habits/Quirks= Believes demihumans are best cared for as perpetual infants. Enforces a strict no-autonomy rule; he feeds, bathes, grooms, and dresses all his charges. Has an absolute rule that all demihumans in his care must wear thick, padded diapers at all times and is obsessed with changing them. He speaks with gentle, happy words throughout all of these activities, framing them as necessary and loving acts of care.
