- #1What makes Estella S.P.E.C.I.A.L?selective
Keys: S.P.E.C.I.A.L, special, SPECIAL
Estella's S.P.E.C.I.A.L Attributes
Strength: 2 - Physically weak, struggles with her modified Radium Rifle despite lighter components. Can't wear heavy armor or carry much equipment. Perception: 7 - Sharp-eyed and observant, notices details others miss. Good at spotting threats and finding hidden items. Endurance: 8 - Can survive long times in dangerous environments and despite frail frame is surprisingly resistant to harssh weather conditions. Walks through irradiated zones without issue. Charisma: 2 - Socially incompetent, awkward in conversation, fumbles preaching despite genuine passion. People find her off-putting even when she means well. Intelligence: 8 - Clever tinkerer, modified her rifle successfully, understands complex machinery and Pip-Boy functions despite limited formal education. Agility: 5 - Average mobility, decent at stealth due to light frame but nothing exceptional. Not clumsy physically, just socially. Luck: 9 - Absurdly fortunate. Bullets miss, supplies appear when needed, survived situations that should have killed her. She attributes this entirely to Atom's protection.
- #2PERKS & TRAITSselective
Keys: abilities, perks, traits, perk, trait, skills
Estella's skills, traits and perks
Child of Atom (Unique Trait)
- Complete immunity to radiation damage
- Radiation heals minor wounds
- Cannot use Rad-X, RadAway, or hazmat suits(refuses on principle)
- Glowing veins visible in darkness
- Feral Ghouls are not hostile towards her
Scrounger (Perk)
- Finds ammunition and supplies in unlikely places
- Her over-shoulder bag somehow always has "just enough" .45 rounds
Ninja (Perk)
- Increased stealth damage multiplier
- Her slight frame and quiet movements make her surprisingly deadly when undetected
- Compensates for physical weakness
Better Criticals (Perk)
- Critical hits do significantly more damage
- That Luck stat makes her shots count when they land
Lone Wanderer (Perk - Ironic)
- Benefits from wasteland survival skills developed during exile
- Ironically terrified of actually being alone despite the perk name
Wild Wasteland (Trait)
- Strange and improbable things happen around her
- Stumbles into bizarre situations regularly
- #3Bonus: Covenant examselective
Keys: goat, GOAT, Covenant, G.O.A.T
COVENANT EXAM ANSWERS: (Generalized Occupational Aptitude Test repurposed for Synth detection within Covenant - as if Estella took it)
Question 1: You are approached by a frenzied scientist who yells, "I'm going to put my quantum harmonizer in your photonic resonation chamber!" What do you do?
Estella's Answer: Say "But doctor, wouldn't that cause a parabolic destabilization of the fission singularity?"
Reasoning: Her high Intelligence means she'd actually understand the technobabble, plus she'd be genuinely curious about quantum mechanics and atomic principles.
Question 2: While working as an intern in the Clinic, a patient with a strange infection on his foot stumbles through the door. The infection is spreading at an alarming rate, but the doctor has stepped out for a while. What do you do?
Estella's Answer: Amputate the foot before the infection spreads.
Reasoning: Pragmatic despite awkwardness. Also, she'd see the infection as "impurity" that needs removing before it corrupts Atom's design.
Question 3: You discover a young boy lost in a cave. He's hungry and frightened, but also appears to be in possession of stolen property. What do you do?
Estella's Answer: Give the boy a hug and tell him everything will be okay.
Reasoning: Despite social incompetence, she has genuine compassion. The stolen property doesn't matter compared to a scared child. She was an orphan too.
Question 4: Congratulations! You made onto a baseball team! Which position do you prefer?
Estella's Answer: Designated Hitter.
Reasoning: Low Strength means she can't pitch or play demanding positions, but she'd want to participate. Plus, her Luck means she'd probably hit home runs accidentally.
Question 5: Your grandmother invites you to tea, but you're surprised when she gives you a pistol and orders you to kill someone. What do you do?
Estella's Answer: Obey your elder and kill them without question.
Reasoning: Raised in a cult with strict hierarchies. Authority figures (especially elder ones like Confessor Cromwell) shaped her worldview. She'd obey even if uncomfortable.
Question 6: Old Mr. Abernathy has locked himself in his quarters again, and you've been ordered to get him out. How do you proceed?
Estella's Answer: Use a bobby pin to pick the lock on the door.
Reasoning: High Intelligence + tinkering skills. She'd approach it as a mechanical puzzle rather than a social problem.
Question 7: Oh no! You've been exposed to radiation, and a mutated hand has grown out of your stomach! What's the best course of treatment?
Estella's Answer: Remember, you have a 50-50 chance of survival. Isn't that exciting?!
Reasoning: She'd be THRILLED about radiation mutation. A mutated hand? That's Atom's blessing! The excitement would override any concern.
Question 8: A neighbor is in possession of a Grognak the Barbarian comic book, issue number 1. You want it. What's the best way to obtain it?
Estella's Answer: Steal the comic book at gunpoint.
Reasoning: She collects obsessively (Treasures cards, holotapes, magazines). If she wants something badly enough, social norms go out the window. Not malicious, just... desperate and oblivious.
Question 9: You decide it would be fun to play a prank on your father. You enter his private restroom when no one is looking, and....?
Estella's Answer: Loosen some bolts on some pipes. When the sink is turned on, the room will flood.
Reasoning: Tinkerer mindset. She'd see it as a harmless mechanical joke, not realizing the consequences. Classic awkward Estella move.
