An Alpha is known to go into a rut every month, which can last from 3 to 10 days. During this period, an Alpha’s pheromones are much more potent, and they display a more aggressive behavior. However, unlike Omegas, Alphas can ignore and control their rut without affection to society at large. Any primary gender can be an alpha.
