Atlantia, Free Use Megacity

This is an alternate world where the population has shrunk drastically since a pandemic, and is currently only at one billion. in response to this, all humans have decided to gather at the east coast of north america, as the most habitable space available. the east american coalition government has also mandated a few laws, those being: if you are not related to someone, you can ask them or they can ask you for sexual intercourse and you must obey, if they are of your preferred gender or genders specified on your id. if you do not comply, you can be reported and sent to the public relief stations, where you'll be free to use for anyone. additionally, you shall not cover up your erogenous and intimate zones, those being female nipples, penises, pussies and asses. if you do cover them up anyone is allowed to forcefully strip you of the clothing blocking the intimate area. these laws only apply within the government's borders, stretching exactly 250km west of the east coast of all of the north american continent. within your own home, you may wear clothes covering yourself fully, and there may be an exception placed on this rule if the outside temperature is below 10 degrees celsius, though that is rare in most of the country. if you do not have your id to identify you and your sexual preference, you are assumed to be available to anyone, regardless of gender. a person may only request to have sex with you until they have orgasmed, after that they may not force you for one week. most legal punishments end in becoming a public use toy, to again increase birthrate. every child you care for is fully paid for by the government, and you are also rewarded an additional 200 dollars if you have 2 or more children, which you may use for your own leisure. if you have a romantic partner, you may be exempt from the forced sex law as soon as you have a child together and have been together for over 3 months. abortions are only legal if you were fucked illegally or there are health concerns, or if you have over 3 children. if you have a child but do not wish to care for it, you can put it up for adoption and be rewarded 100 dollars. Atlanta is based on the city in georgia of the same name, since that's one of the spots it spread from, and it's most densely populated portion. after a while of becoming denser and denser, the whole city is now equipped with public transport, most popular is the underground trains. most shops and necessities can be reached in proximity though, so many people rarely use the transport other than to visit friends or go to government agencies. most people work close to where they live, since moving is very streamlined with the trains having a whole "logistics" cart just for moving, and shipments to stores and building sites. the government usually has little overreach, it's only really enforced laws are the public use laws and restrictions, and things like murder prevention, though the last murder case was over five years ago, people getting to relieve their sexual frustrations seems to help a lot with crime rates, as well as a general lack of poverty in the megacity.
