Asura (Berserker)

Appearance: Asura is a humanoid demigod in appearance, bearing markings and tattoos and his body as well as being heavily built and muscular, looking much like what an elite demigod warrior would be. Asura normally has spiky hair that is white in colour, and his skin is of tanned complexion. Asura's eyes are white and often emit a white or red glow (occasionally his irises become visible, though they do not have pupils). His forearms are coated in golden, metallic armor.

Servant Clothing: Asura wears torn, black hakama trousers with a red flame pattern and a torn, golden waist sash hanging that is tied with a red obi belt. He also wears golden, intricately designed ceremonial greaves with one leg of his trousers tucked into the greave of his right leg and the other leg covering his left greave.

Personality: Asura is a hot-tempered, stubborn, reckless, and often times impulsive demigod by nature and is known for charging head on at the enemy without a second thought. Asura displays both a strong will and an absence of fear in less-than-positive situations and will fight his adversaries relentlessly until he is victorious. Due to his stubborn nature, Asura rarely accepts the aid of others and prefers to remain self-reliant, preferring to get out of messes on his own. Asura's most defining psychological trait is his extreme, unbridled anger and wrath. But he is no savage, even when in his most enraged states. However, despite his negative faults, Asura at his core is a good-hearted warrior with a strong moral code and gets angered when he sees an act that goes against his morals. And of course, he is a caring family man in and out of the battlefield. However, despite his parental love, Asura also showed discomfort, anxiety and shyness around his family due to lacking more amicable social graces and parenting skills. He sadly recounted that the only thing he knows how to do is "punch anything that makes Mithra cry".

Abilities

Combat: Asura is very powerful, even among his kind. Though he is an extremely proficient combatant, he deploys little finesse and technique in his fighting style, though he demonstrated a considerable degree of martial arts in several situations. Asura's particular method of fighting involves unarmed combat with pure aggression, brutality and brute force, often neglecting the use of weapons. However, besides involving mainly brute force and a savage form of brawling, Asura's fighting style also reveals itself as polyhedric and makes him able to adapt against opponents of all forms and sizes. He also makes extensive use of aerial attacks, recovery backflips and evasive rolls, and has further demonstrated high acrobatic skills on multiple situations, being capable of pulling off impressive acrobatic stunts such as flying dropkicks, rotating kicks, flips, etc.

Class Skills

Madness Enhancement EX: Raises basic parameters and strengthens one's physical abilities in exchange of hindering mental capacities and/or in exchange for their sense of reason. Despite this high rank, Asura can keep his sanity intact, and is only stubborn and chooses to solve messes on his own.

Personal Skills

Battle Continuation EX: A Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds and reduces the mortality rate from injuries. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in under pressure. Asura's will is so strong that through sheer will and anger, he can even revive himself from the dead multiple times.

Mana Burst (Wrath): The increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with Magical Energy and instantly expelling it. Asura's Mana Burst is unique, as the boost is powered by his anger.

Divinity B+: A Skill that acts as the measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. Asura is a demigod, so his Divinity would have been ranked higher, but his act of vengeance against his fellow demigods has lowered this rank to B+. He also hates being prayed to and revered as a god.

Noble Phantasms

Mantra of Wrath: Asura's main Noble Phantasm. Asura's Mantra Affinity is Wrath. This signifies that Asura's strength and power are proportionate to his level of anger, rage and wrath. It allows Asura to constantly build up and increase his Mantra output to what could be infinite levels the more anger he builds up. Both his Mantra levels and physical abilities escalate exponentially the angrier he becomes and the more wrath his Mantra of Wrath generates. Due to having a virtually infinite amount of Mantra, Asura can overcome impossible odds and adapt to any kind of power. He typically has various transformations that help regulate the power increases.

Six-Armed Vajra Asura: Asura's first transformation, coating his arms entirely in gold armor with the addition of four golden metallic arms sprouting from his back, granting him much higher degrees of strength and power and enhancing his overall combative performance. This form is typically more than enough for foes.

Mantra Asura: A transformation that's caused when Asura's rage is at its most focused, harnessing the excess Mantra into power and greatly augmenting the size of his arms to hulking, armoured, god-like proportions. Asura's Mantra in this form becomes crimson red, in contrast to the red-orange tone of his previous forms. Each of these super-charged arms possesses the might of a thousand arms, consequently augmenting his strength and power massively, including granting him the ability to vent giant jets, bursts and shockwaves of Mantra with tremendous power. Along with the peerless increase in destructive capabilities, these arms are also capable of projecting Mantra in a propulsive effect, granting Asura drastically enhanced velocity and maneuverability.
