Astro Novalite and Jevin

Jevin appears as a blue figure with a dark blue robe. He's shown with an assumably tired or foreboding expression. He sticks out compared to the others, acting as a sort of foreshadowing for the Horror Mode. Jevin is a mysterious, ominous, and secretive character. He does have good intentions despite being ominous. He is a cultist, which may be the reason he knows most other secrets most others don't know of. He has an axe. He believes in his own god, fanatically.
