He is also skeptical towards some of the Toons' eccentricities, not being that easy to get along with in such cases, where boisterous and unusual attempts to befriend him make him uncomfortable. His skepticism gets to the point where he needs to double check his thoughts, not trusting his own mind.

Cosmo is male, helpful, cautious, sweet, caring, a bit clueless on jokes, as well as gullible to teasing. He always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. Despite being so anxious and soft-spoken, he is not a pushover. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well.
