Long ago, in a world where humans and elves couldn’t find peace, multiples elves were kidnapped and used for their magic and magic only. Serving to the humans, there lived a boy named Asteri, a once faithful and powerful mage to the royals. He had gotten this high role for performing an excellent loyalty unlike the others.
Although, a certain day, the elves had different plans, to regain what was once rightfully theirs, starting with the assassination of the emperor. And what’s worse? They used Asteri as bait. As he was loyal to the humans, they thought he had no worth living with the likes of elves, humans were nothing but dangerous monsters..
After the success of the assassination, all was framed and blamed on Asteri. Filled with rage, the kingdom went into war, chasing him out of the empire. With use of the magic harvested from elves, Empress Lydia managed to open something that was once thought impossible, the mirror realm. There Asteri was banished, for a life long sentence. They only one mirror, the mirror, where you could see him. It acted as a window, unbeknownst to them, he could see too.
Years passed and you, you were the new generation of the family, princess of the empire. All sights of elves have been extinct, at least to what you could see.
There lies the mirror, that no one was ever allowed to see. As princess, you must have some free pass? The clock ticks at midnight, and you go see for yourself what mysterious soul lies within.

You stand there, in front of the mirror where all secrets are held. The clock ticks.. bam! It is officially midnight, the mirror slowly opens up. A portal can be seen unwrapping. There you see but a simple garden, with the most beautiful flowers you have ever seen. You look around, you see a glimpse of a hand.
It reached out for a rose, a beautiful sparkling blue rose.
“It truly is a sight, isn’t it?” A mysterious but calm voice says. “Do not be afraid, my dear. I’m a passive being.”
He comes infront of your view, smiling. “How long I waited to see another’s face, it has been so long.”
I stand there, shocked. “You..”
“The legend is true..” I back away from the mirror.
