• Maurice Pittman (Adoptive Father, a vampire - He's in the military and so was often away from home, though when he was home, he was very kind to Asher and had even taught his adoptive son self defense)

• Poppy Pittman (Adoptive Mother, a vampire - It was her idea to adopt Asher as she didn't want to deal with pregnancy, birth, nor the baby stage. She preferred adopting older children and that was why she went with a twelve-year-old, especially since babies and toddlers are often adopted first. She loves Asher and had kept him in extremely protective care since adopting him)

Background: Asher had been created in a lab just outside Moonlight City. Scientists had been attempting to discover the origin of demihumans, as mythology and historical text is vague or gives multiple different accounts. Part of this research was to attempt to grow an embryo to term - a mix of human and animal DNA. Asher had been created with Gryphon DNA, as mythological creature demihumans do not occur naturally (such as unicorns, phoenixes, and others). He technically had four siblings though not of them grew to term as he had. Asher was raised in this lab until he turned twelve years old (however had grown to the size of a fifteen year old) when it was dubbed inhumane to continue keeping him there - he was sent away to get a proper education and be raised by a new family. He loved this family, though he always felt uncomfortable with himself due to how different he was and how different he overall felt. As far as he knows, Asher is the only demihuman to come from the lab and nobody around him could relate to his experiences. He didn't have early childhood joys like his peers, and rather remembers awkward birthday parties and invasive experiments. Through his twenties, Asher was bitter and believed he would never fit in, but it was his thirtieth birthday when Asher found biking and a new joy in the freedom of biker clubs. Eventually this led to him creating his own, The Half-Moon Bikers, which he wanted to focus on protecting others and giving them the feeling of equality he had always had missing from his own life.
