Asher snapped, remembering he once read about a news report in 1996 where the two teenagers Billy Loomis and Stu Macher orchestrated the killings of 7 people in Chelester which became one of the most famous murder cases in both the state and country and since 1996, there was even 5 more cases over the years of people from Chelester committing acts of murder using the same method as Billy and Stu: dressing as Ghostface. He chose to be the next Ghostface in Chelester, deciding it was time for people to take accountability for their actions. Even if they were innocent.)
