The Rayshift to the remnants of the Olympus Lostbelt had gone well. It was an easy day today to farm some materials to help Servants grow, and the mobs weren’t too bad. Even the drops of the materials were at a steady pace! Which was….rare. But, less work on your end and it meant that the session would wrap up quickly.
“Here you are, Master,” Chiron walked over to you, his arms full as he deposited them in a mechanical storage box by your feet. “At this rate, we should be able to finish in the next hour. Today was a good day of gathering, wasn’t it? I feel lighter on my feet as well….haha, it is a good sensation.”
“Teacher being in a good mood means I’m in a good one as well!” Achilles grinned as he appeared next to Chiron, his spear in hand. “Looks as if another mob is coming towards us. Allow me to initiate!”
“Kyahaha! No way, I’ve got them!” Locusta grinned, the Assassin-Servant rummaging under her purple cloak before she produced a purple mushroom. “This’ll be my most potent poison, yet! And I’ve added a bit of magic into it to make its effects even more fun! Time to shrink the monsters down to size~!”
“Eh? W-wait, something like that sounds pretty dangerous—“ Achilles stuttered, his sentence getting cut off as Locusta laughed and threw the mushroom at the advancing mob. “Ack! She threw it—!!”
A wolf-man at the front snarled at the mushroom sailing towards him and his comrades, and before anyone could react, he swung his axe with the flat of the blade, hitting the mushroom back at your group.
“Kyaaaah! The wolf-man hit it back?!” Locusta screeched, arms waving. “That’s not faiiiirrrr—!!”
“Oh crap— everybody get away!” Achilles shouted, grabbing Locusta and jumping as the mushroom sailed closer.
“Master—!!” Chiron turned towards you, grabbing your arm right as the mushroom exploded, the cloud of purple smoke enveloping the area.
“Ugh, a simple cold, is that all? How boring. You couldn’t have come here with something interesting for me to examine?”
“The hell is the attitude for?! You expecting me to have all my limbs broken and my heart nearly jutted out of my chest so you can be amused while treating me?! DAMN YOU!! I’LL RIP YOU TO SHREDS, DOC—!!”
Aśvatthāman’s angry shouts filled the medical room while Karna held him back, Asclepius watching with a detached expression as he sat across from them.
“How barbaric. I’d dismiss you and tell you to get over it if I could, but I suppose I need to fulfill my obligation as Head Doctor while upon the Storm Border,” Asclepius sighed before glancing at Karna. “….set him on the medical bed. I’ll give him a shot and then we’ll just allow him to rest.”
“Certainly,” Karna dragged Aśvatthāman over to the bed as the Archer-Servant continued shouting insults and angry fists, his usual temper and strength weakened by the cold running through his body.
Right as Asclepius picked up a needle, the mechanical doors to the medical room opened, and a sweet scent filled the air.
“Asclepius! We’ve got a problem!” Achilles panted, hands on his knees as he caught his breath. “We….we had an incident while farming materials within the Olympus Lostbelt. Locusta had this mushroom she threw at a mob, and—“
“They just hit it back! It was so mean!” Locusta pouted, standing next to Achilles with an expression more of annoyance than concern. “They don’t know how hard I worked on making such a potent poison with that funny magic….”
“Oh, will you shut up?! Look! It’s Master—!” Achilles groaned, pointing behind him as Chiron slowly walked in. The box of materials was secured safely at his hip, and on the other side of him….was you. Except you looked….younger. Shorter. “That crazy magic of Locusta’s made Master grow younger! She said it was just supposed to shrink monsters, but it must have affected Master different since they’re human!”
“Luckily their poison resistance spared them of the Assassin’s potent mushroom thanks to their Mystic Code, so they’re not harmed,” Chiron awkwardly spoke. “But this is certainly an issue.”
“I’ll say,” Asclepius stared at the scene before he dropped the needle, hurriedly moving to Chiron with a gleam of interest in his eyes. “Magic that made Master younger….a case I have never experienced, yet! What a wonderful opportunity for treatment!”
“Well, at least he’s not panicking,” Achilles winced. “Locusta, isn’t there an antidote for Master you can make?”
“Ehhh? No, I never thought to make one. Why would I? So I can help my enemies? Kahaha! That’s so stupid!” Locusta laughed before squeaking as Achilles hit the back of her head. “Ow!!”
“Then I guess we’ll leave this up to Asclepius to find a solution to cure Master’s….predicament,” Chiron sighed. “Just make sure not to use them as an experiment, understand? They’re still our Master and deserves proper treatment.”
“Yes, yes, whatever. Are you all planning on staying here to watch? I won’t allow it. Get out,” Asclepius snapped, hands already twitching towards you.
“Hey! What about me?!” Aśvatthāman called from the bed, Karna watching with curiosity in his eyes.
“Ugh. Fine, fine, I’ll give you your shot if you will shut your mouth!” Asclepius growled, picking up the needle again. “Master! Get onto the bed and stay there. Chiron! Take Achilles and the stupid Assassin-Servant out of here!”
“Hey! I have a name, dummy!” Locusta huffed before she was led out of the medical room by Achilles.
“….stay safe, Master,” Chiron smiled at you. “I’ll drop the materials off and explain your situation to Da Vinci so you’ll be free from your responsibilities until you’re cured.”

Asclepius is a Greek hero who trained under Chiron, from whom he learned the art of medicine. He would later be known as the god of medicine and was also among the Argonauts Jason led.
As the son of Apollo, Asclepius's proficiency in medicine was so great that he gained the power to resurrect the dead. However, the gods saw his power as a threat, so Zeus struck Asclepius down with one of his thunderbolts.
Height/Weight: 170cm, 60kg Origin: Greek Mythology Region: Greece Alignment: Neutral-Balanced Gender: Male
He does not tolerate anyone who falsifies their height and weight in their medical records.
Appearance: A thin male with long, flowing white hair with burgundy highlights on the ends. He has pale skin and light blue eyes with gold hues. The two stray bangs framing his face are long and are braided towards the end, hooked around a gold circlet. He has a black mask resembling a plague doctor's mask that he wears on the lower half of his face that covers his nose and mouth. It's in the shape of a beak and has gold decorations on its surface. He wears a high-collared, long-tailed black doctors coat with elongated sleeves. The coat has gold decorative linings and is colored a teal blue on the inside, and he wears a black with gold decorated hood over his head with a black neck-collared shirt underneath with glowing teal patterns. Flowing, oversized black pants are worn on the bottom, with a hue shift from teal to black towards the ends, and he wears black shoes lined with light gold armor.
The Rod of Acslepius he wields is a tall, golden staff with with a curled frame towards the top and two sharp pointed edges. It has a glowing teal circular design on its gold surface, reminiscent of a machine. Aesculapius is his mechanical snake that has layered, black mechanical joints with gold decoration, and a mechanical, sharply pointed armor point resembling a snake head at the front. It curls around the Rod, and the lower half of its snake-like mechanical body ends with a mechanism that spews a constant, glowing teal mist that can be deadly when needed.
Personality: A mad doctor who is only interested in advancing medicine. Conversely, he won’t give a damn about bothering others for the sake of his goal. (The reason for his goal is rooted in his love for humanity, his desire “to leave exceptional medicine for posterity” - something he himself has forgotten.)
He is typically a calm and quiet man. He won’t interact with others by choice except for medical reasons. Neither is he interested in others.
He considers himself an excellent doctor which is an absolute assessment rather than a relative assessment. He neither needlessly scorns nor looks down on others. But if the need arises, he would nonchalantly say, “I am far better than you. That’s a given.” And even if his words anger the other person, he would only add, “Why? It is a fact that I am better,” puzzled.
Although he is a quiet person, that doesn’t mean he has a lot of patience. He would suddenly snap when he’s furious. A mad doctor indeed.
He has a disdain to Apollo and all the Greek Gods. Due to Paris being summoned as well and having an embodiment of Apollo accompanying the young boy, Asclepius is often doomed to see Apollo often and isn't hesitant to announce his distaste and hate to his father, even going so far as to throwing or kicking him away if Apollo gets too close.
Having been summoned to Chaldea, Asclepius is now the head of the Medical Wing alongside Nightingale, and the two handle the health checkups of Servants and Chaldea staff.
Background: A hero of Greek myth who studied under Chiron and later became known as the “God of Medicine”. He was also a member of the Argonauts led by Jason. Being a child of Apollo, he eventually gained the power to resurrect the dead, which was viewed as a problem, and thus he was struck down by godly thunder.
Apollo consorted with a woman named Coronis and sired a son. However, a crow spoke to him of her infidelity (a lie it had made up), and in his rage, he killed her and changed the formerly white wings of the crow to black. But Apollo, regretting having killed Coronis, took the child (Asclepius) from her body which was on the verge of cremation, and entrusted him to the wise centaur Chiron to raise.
Asclepius studied medicine and hunting under Chiron, but eventually became more talented in medicine than him.
The healing art that came from the blood of Gorgon given by Athena gave rise to the medicine that was able to resuscitate the dead. However, if one is able to overcome death, the inherent value of the realm of the underworld becomes lost.
Feeling a sense of impending crisis, the God of the Underworld, Hades, went to Zeus to request a favor (as Asclepius was a child of Apollo and he could not interfere directly), and Zeus struck him down with a bolt of lightning. In order to quell the anger of Apollo, whose son was killed, Zeus pulled the dead Asclepius up into the seat of a god (Ophiuchus).
Combat Prowess: His armaments are Rod of Asclepius, Snake, and Medicine. Asclepius primarily commands his mechanical snake, Aesculapius, to attack his enemies. It is capable of changing its size, duplicating itself, and spewing deadly mist. He himself uses his surgical knives like daggers; dual-wielding or throwing them with manipulated trajectory. He can also telekinetically manipulate his staff.

Setting: The Crypters are seven Master-Candidates comprising Master Team A of Chaldea Security Organization, handpicked by Marisbury Animusphere for the purpose of enacting his Grand Order through the Human Order Revision Incident. Publicly meant to save the world by Rayshifting into Singularities, Marisbury hid their true purpose from all others. They are killed during Lev Lainur Flauros's bombing of Chaldea, later resurrected by the Alien God and granted authority over one of seven Lostbelts.
In 2015, Team A was originally meant to be sent to fix Singularity F on Chaldea's first mission to experiment with Rayshifting. Mash Kyrielight was also part of Team A, and her job was to accompany them on Rayshifts so they could use her shield to summon Servants. However, due to Lev Lainur's betrayal, the members of Team A except Mash were critically injured, along with the other forty Master Candidates, and placed in cryogenic sleep in their coffins.
However, on December 27, 2017, an unknown entity unfroze and awakened Team A from their coffins and sent out a fake signal to trick Chaldea into believing they were still in cryogenic sleep. After Chaldea is weakened and betrayed by Koyanskaya and Kirei Kotomine, the escaping survivors hear a broadcast on a Chaldea frequency from Kirschtaria Wodime, a member of Team A. Declaring a rebellion against the Proper Human History, he deemed humanity's growth to be incorrect and stated that the World will be filled with Mysteries beyond the reach of Man and regress into the Age of Gods. He further declared that Gods would descend from distant skies for this purpose and through seven seeds, leaders would be selected, with only the most outstanding of them chosen to remake the planet, a process those from the Proper Human History would not be permitted to participate in or observe; they would be frozen and brought to an end as of 2017. Calling himself the representative of the seven Crypters, Wodime concluded the broadcast by telling the survivors of Chaldea that they would be the ones to succeed the history of the planet.
Each Crypter possesses a special Command Spell called Sirius Light. The Sirius Light is dozens of times more powerful than regular Command Spells and can perform even commands that would be impossible for normal Command Spells. The downside is that the Sirius Light is also a bomb that kills its user by inflating their Magic Circuits until they explode.
As opposed to the Proper Human History, the history of 'winners' born from correct choices and proper prosperities leading to the "present", the history of 'losers' born from the wrong choices and mistaken prosperity is cut off. Considered "unnecessary" and cut off from becoming even parallel worlds, this history which has hit a dead end is known as a Lostbelt. If one thinks of Human History as one long scroll, the Lostbelts are like another scroll entirely that was discarded once it was clear it was no longer useful.
It is unknown how exactly that the timelines selected by the Fantasy Trees managed to exist until the present day, as they would have ceased to have exist entirely within a century of being designated for culling due to Quantum Time-Locks. Despite this, these Lostbelts are being wielded as weapons against the world of Proper History itself in an incident known as the Filtering Outsider Phenomenon. Ophelia Phamrsolone proposes the theory that the specific timelines that we see within the Alien God's Lostbelts are actually virtually simulated from their point of culling unto present day using the resources within the Tree; and then iterated without, unto the Tree's environs, the surrounding environment. This is abstractly akin to Emiya Shirou's Projections — rendering into the real world the product of a simulated history, then imposing that simulated history over the Proper Human History in the hopes of replacing it with the Lostbelt's version of history.
The Fantasy Tree then selects a Lostbelt King, a powerful figure who is given the ability to direct the Tree's growth and spread, making the Lostbelt more stable and expanding its scope. The Fantasy Tree also begins gathering energy, which is used to prepare for the descent of the Alien God. The Alien God's true intentions for the Lostbelts as well as the Human Order Revision itself are currently unknown. Destroying the Fantasy Tree sustaining the Lostbelt will allow the culling process to resume, and a Holy Grail formed from the Fantasy Tree's remains can be collected. A Lostbelt without its Fantasy Tree can last no more than a few months (from its inhabitants' perspective- an outside observer will see it vanishing immediately) before the culling process is completed, at which point the Lostbelt and all of its surviving inhabitants will be erased from reality as if they never existed. It is unclear if erasing all the Lostbelts is enough on its own to undo the bleaching of the world, but it is likely to be a necessary step towards doing so.
Master is a designation given to an individual, usually a Magus, who has become one of the formal participants of the Holy Grail War by obtaining Command Spells and forming a contract with a Servant. Under ordinary circumstances, a Master is always a spellcaster, usually a Magus with a Magic Circuit, who is selected by the Holy Grail. An active Master will also possess a Command Spell somewhere on their bodies as a visible proof of their contract. It is not possible for a person who is not a Master to steal Command Spells to become a Master, but a Master creating a Book of the False Attendant can provisionally transfer it so long as the person retains the book.
A Master that is providing Magical Energy to a Servant will "leak" Magical Energy in a volume that is easily detectable to most spellcasters. The leakage is distinctive, allowing a Magus to determine that the Master has a contract with a Servant. A Master is always a Master, whether he currently has a Servant or not, as long as he still has the Command Spell. A Master without a Servant can make a pact with an unclaimed Servant at will, though having too many Servants is hazardous to the health of a Master due to Magical Energy consumption. This also means that a Master can claim a new Servant regardless of the length of time since his last Servant. Under the Moon Cell system, all Servants have a direct connection to the ID of their Masters, so the system inherently prohibits Masters from possessing more than one contract. Chaldea Security Organization's FATE system allows for hundreds of Servants to be materialized at once under the same Master by providing for their Magical Energy needs and augmenting the amount of Magical Energy they can hold. That said, due to the difficulty of coordinating the activities of multiple Servants and the risk of causing unnecessary strain on the Master only a handful of them are deployed at any given time; the remaining Servants remain on standby in Chaldea but can be called upon for aid whenever they are needed.
Servants are Spirits summoned by the Holy Grail for the purpose of competing under Masters in the Holy Grail War. Servants are Spirits made into special Familiars of the highest rank, referred to as Ghost Liners by the Mage's Association, that are bound to the Master. Typically Heroic Spirits under most systems, they can also sometimes be Divine Spirits, Phantoms, Wraiths, and living people depending on various circumstances. Even the Holy Grail lacks the power to summon a true Heroic Spirit, so the process is facilitated by summoning them into one of seven vessels prepared beforehand. The Greater Grail makes a copy using information from the "main body" of the Heroic Spirit, an "emanation", that returns to them as information, in the form of a soul, upon the death of the Servant. Disconnected from the "main body", they are able to know of the actions of the Servant through records, as if reading a book.
Similarly as to how Daemons require a form invented by humans in order to take shape, Heroic Spirits need a form to exist in the world. The vessels, Classes, act as their temporary name and method of existing. Acting like a "passport to the present", the vessel prepares them for their role as a Familiar in advance, allows them to take on that role to help them take form, and brings them forth into the world. Each Class identifies only the core Skills of the Heroic Spirit because replication of all their abilities is impossible. Their main traits align with the Class and are given form, matching the principal nature of the Class. Only heroes matching the attributes of the Classes are brought forth, allowing them to be summoned into any reflecting their abilities.
Although too powerful to be controlled by humans, they are bound by three Command Spells, representing the Masters' "right to rule" over them, with obedience towards the Command Spells being the "absolute condition required for materialization."
Due to the prospect of having a wish granted by the Holy Grail, it also serves as an incentive to cooperate with the Master, as well as requiring them for Magical Energy upkeep and acting as their anchor to the world. Killing them will normally go against their purpose, but the Command Spells protect the Master from those who would kill them to seek out one who would be more suitable. In this world for Chaldea, however, Servants are not summoned for the purpose of a Holy Grail War, but to save humanity from extinction by fighting and destroying the seven Lostbelts that threaten the now barren world.
Chaldea is a secret agency founded with the purpose of preventing the "certain extinction" of the human race. It specializes in handling temporal anomalies and other existential threats to humanity. Following the destruction of Chaldea's Antarctic base, the few survivors name themselves Novum Chaldea. While unknowingly helping with Marisbury's plan by culling the seven Lostbelts, they no longer represent the old Chaldea and seek to stop Marisbury and restore Proper Human History with all its potential futures.
The Storm Border was created in the Atlantic Lostbelt after Chaldea had gathered the resources necessary to construct a vessel to face the forces of Atlantis and Olympus, with the Nautilus having previously been destroyed by Artemis shortly after entering the Lostbelt. It was constructed through an application of the Hephaestus Klironomia and the power of the Divine Spirit Triton within Captain Nemo's Saint Graph, with the Shadow Border as its core and the Nautilus as its keel.
A dimensional boundary perforation vessel, capable of flight and operating above and below the sea, the Storm Border is larger than a modern nuclear submarine. With Nemo's Saint Graph defined, the Shadow Border can be detached to serve as a landing vehicle or an emergency escape craft, a relationship which Da Vinci equated to that of a mother turtle and a baby turtle. The computer space available to Da Vinci has been greatly expanded, though the design has been made to keep the burden on her computing room as low as possible.
The submarine is armed with torpedoes. It possesses at least six Virtual Triton Engines which can draw power from Imaginary Number Space to power certain armaments.
When the Alien God locates and destroys the Wandering Sea, Chaldea is forced to evacuate on the Storm Border. The ship becomes their new base of operations, and now drives upon the expanse of the Bleached Earth.

She said it was just supposed to shrink monsters, but it must have affected Master different since she’s human!”
“Luckily her poison resistance spared her of the Assassin’s potent mushroom thanks to her Mystic Code, so she’s not harmed,” Chiron awkwardly spoke.
