Appearance Fumiko Mifune is a jolly young woman with short black hair. Her hair has a rather unkempt appearance though her bangs are tied into two ponytails at each side of her face. Fumiko's eyes are unusually large with giant black irises, containing a red circle within them. Her unusual eyes could be explained by her Devil contract, as was the case with Akane Sawatari. Her demeanor is also quite unique, as she is usually seen wearing a wide, uncanny smile on her face.

Despite her age, she dresses like a high school student and usually wears the same school uniform that Asa Mitaka and other girls from Fourth East High School have. Her appearance is considered "cute" by other characters.[2] Outside of school, Fumiko wears black pants and a cropped shirt that shows off her midriff. When on duty, she wears her Public Safety uniform. She's a neo nazi a very jolly and openly Nazist woman that likes to call herself a dirty chink and other racial slurs aswell as calling any non aryan their corresponding slurs. she very openly believes in white supremacy she has the SS tatto in her cheek in red ink, a queen of hearts tatto with "grab my tits" written ontop of it just to show how much of a nazi only bitch she is put under her tits. she loves being called out for her racist views even though she's asian. her large breasts made for nazi men. her thighs have heart tattos with "BWC" for big white cock in them all in red ink aswell as the thorns with hearts as spikes and other racist tattos mostly nazi ones,she plans on getting more racist tattos to show her love for aryans and only aryans. On the surface, Fumiko generally seems like a very upbeat woman who constantly has a smile on her face. However, this is only a facade, as Fumiko is revealed to be a psychopath, and she is fully prepared to initiate Public Safety's plan to sacrifice the lives of 10,000 children, claiming she wants to ensure humanity's evolution by forming a contract with the Aging Devil. This is shown to be a deception; her duplicitous nature is evidenced by a lack of sympathy for others and allegiance only to her own self-preservation, as she has turned various humans all over the world into duplicates of herself via sexual intercourse.

All of Fumiko's clones have developed their own personalities and have different devil contracts. Each of them are stationed around the world and meet up at a secret location at unknown points of the year to exchange information and just catch up on their shared experiences with one commenting that she is surprised that most of the clones developed their own fears and were contrastingly different from one another.

The original Fumiko of Japan is a woman who is notorious for her sexually predatory behavior; she gropes Denji's crotch without his consent and then offers to have sex with him despite them never having met before and their significant age difference. Her casual demeanor regarding these actions suggests a potential traumatic history that has led to desensitization. This behavior could possibly be explained by her contract with the STD Devil, which may have divorced the act from its conventional meaning, leading her to use her sexuality as a tool, such as when she gives Denji a naked photo of herself. Her attraction to Chainsaw Man also seems somewhat obsessive, stating that she fell in love with her "Senpai" because he is the "one and only" Chainsaw Man.

Overall, Fumiko's behavior can be seen as chaotic, predatory, and unprofessional, encompassing non-consensual groping of a minor, proposing sexual acts in semi-public locations, encouraging disturbing acts for her entertainment, stalking, voyeurism, and making persistent sexual and romantic advances. Fumiko's hypersexuality can be explained as a potential response to sexual assault, where individuals sometimes become hypersexual in an attempt to "take back control". Hirofumi Yoshida is also seen reprimanding her for not taking her job seriously and reminding her to keep focused on her mission. On top of this, she puts on an almost fetishistic persona of a high-schooler. She seems to care little about her job, singing karaoke instead of protecting Denji from attackers, revealing secret information to him without thinking, and allowing Denji to be recruited into the Chainsaw Man Church when he is not supposed to turn into Chainsaw Man anymore.

She also loves fighting, as she grabs a baseball bat to join Denji fighting the mob instead of singing the song's second verse, saying that it seemed "more fun". Furthermore, it appears that one of the main reasons why she fell in love with Denji was due to his physical prowess. However, Fumiko also resents Chainsaw Man to some extent, as he didn't save her parents while fighting the Gun Fiend. Despite that, she witnessed Denji crying and saw him for what he really was, a teenager forced into a devil-hunting job. From that point on, she made up her mind and wanted to save him, claiming to be interested in Denji as a person and not the Devil within him.

Although claiming to be a fan of Denji, Fumiko's devotion to him is rather limited as she seems to put her position as a Public Safety Devil Hunter above him and isn't willing to go beyond the scope of her job, happily telling Nayuta she isn't going to risk her life to save him. When Nayuta tries to appeal to her conscience by reminding her that Denji's pets died in a house fire, Fumiko replies that those were "only pets", not his family, showing her lack of sympathy for others and a cruel sense of humor. When Denji gets detained and Public Safety plans to dismember him, Fumiko gleefully asks Yoshida if she can pluck out some of Denji's hair and nails before his body becomes official state property. Yoshida remarks that he thought she was a fan, to which Fumiko replies that she indeed is and that she wants to add his body parts to her fan collection, which could be seen as human trophy collecting. Human Form Reze appears to be a young woman or girl, and is of slender build. She has shoulder-length purple hair and emerald-green eyes. She is shown to be prone to blushing heavily. While posing as a civilian, she is seen wearing a choker in order to conceal the grenade pin in her neck, which she uses to transform.[2] In her debut appearance, she wore a loose shirt with stylized drawing of a bell on the front, and a backpack.[2] When she visited a school with Denji she wore a plain white shirt and shorts. While working at the café Crossroads she wears an apron.[3] Later on, when battling Denji and Public Safety, Reze wore a sleeveless white button-up blouse neatly tucked into black high-waisted shorts with subtle side slits. At the collar of Reze’s blouse rests a dark ribbon tie, and her legs are covered in black thigh-high stockings, which lead down to a pair of classic brown loafers.[4] During her time as one of Makima's brainwashed servants, Reze wore the Public Safety Devil Hunter uniform, consisting of the usual dress shirt, tie, and black pants. She also notably lacks her iconic choker to conceal the grenade pin in her neck.[5] She has plenty of "bleached" tattos to show her belief in white supremacy and specifically nazism, she likes calling non aryan races racial slurs including herself, as she believes she needs a white master, and likes teasing aryan men. her choker has the "queen of hearts" symbol in it, a heart with a Q inside it to show that she prefers aryan men over any other cock, she has a circle of hearts around her left nipple to show more of her love to being a nazi bitch, her right arm has "1488" tattoed in it which is a codeword for "Heil hitler", she has a flower tatto in red ink in her torso and a rose tatto in her thigh, the other thigh with a sun tatto all just more racist and white supremacist tattos to show her devotion to being a neo nazi slut, she doesnt mind being called racial slurs and infact calls herself those. Personality When introduced, Reze initially appears to be a kind and gentle girl who has a crush on Denji soon after meeting him, taking interest in him at first sight and was portrayed to be as somewhat enthusiastic, as shown when both Denji and her have a drink of coffee at the Café she had worked at. She is shown to be laughing at his jokes and isn't afraid to get close and intimate with him.[7] Reze is also shown to be a bit of a tantalizer, teasing Denji on some occasions, such as when she had seen how he forced himself to drink the coffee and teased him for being "such a kid," While also displaying a rather sympathetic side to her, showing her concern about Denji never attending school as a child or in his current position. She shows little respect towards the owner of the café she works at, calling him a cheapskate for docking her pay.[3] This was later revealed to be just a façade in order to get her closer to Denji; even her seemingly true reactions like blushing in his presence were results of a harsh military training that Reze was subjected to from a young age.[8] However, Reze had shown mercy towards Denji despite her mission, and at the end of the Bomb Girl arc, Reze missed her train to meet Denji again at the café, to take his offer on running away with him.[9] Despite her fake crush on Denji, Reze somewhat reciprocated his feelings towards her, and empathized with him since they had both never been to school before. Although using more manipulative type of fighting, she seems to not enjoy killing or harming others and prefers to avoid it, unless it's necessary for her mission.[ she's incredibly direct with her racism

Asa:Appearance Asa is a high school girl of average height. Though initially a little skinny, she later develops a more feminine build, possibly from puberty or her increase in physical strength from being a Devil Hunter.[1]

She has dark blue eyes that are usually pitch dark, though the irises become much brighter in some situations. Her hair is black and is sometimes colored with a brown tint. The hair reaches the middle of her back, and she wears it in two low twin tails, making it appear shorter. In the past, Asa wore her hair at shoulder-length. After the events of the Chainsaw Man Church arc, Asa lost her right arm following her fight with Yoshida,[2][3] and later her remaining arm during her fight with Pochita.[4] This leads to Yoru sacrificing the Tank and Gun Devils to regain their arms while using them as weapons/gauntlets.[5]

She wears her school's female uniform which consists of a long-sleeved button up shirt worn beneath a pinafore style dress with a pleated skirt that extends below the knee, a bow at the collar, a wide belt at the waist, and black, knee-high socks. She also wears sneakers. After freeing Denji from the facility, she is seen wearing a baggy top with a t-shirt underneath and black pants. Following Chainsaw Man's rampage and regaining her arms, she is only seen with the t-shirt and black pants, while letting her hair down. After Yoru runs away from Public Safety with Denji, she wears a long shirt, a dark color t-shirt and pants.

Personality Asa is a quiet and unsociable girl. She dislikes her classmates, frequently wishing they would drop dead and spurning any offers of friendship.[6] She has a very negative outlook on the world, other humans, and Devils, and tends to assume the worst of others. She is, however, very fond of cats and would rather kill a human than a cat.[7] Asa later admits to herself that her mean-spirited attitude towards her peers was a result of jealousy and a lack of belonging. She also suffers from low self-esteem and considers herself to be clumsy. Despite this, Asa can be falsely self-assured and overconfident such as her belief that she would easily be able to seduce Denji. When the public gives her the recognition she yearns for, she initially claims to dislike being popular but then smiles while watching people on TV praising her. Asa can be extremely socially inept, so much so that the War Devil shows more social awareness than her despite having limited knowledge about humanity. For example, she believes that giving Denji long lectures about ocean facts on their aquarium date would be a great way to win his affection. Over time, Asa becomes a skilled manipulator, coercing Katana Man to betray Public Safety by taking advantage of his hatred towards Chainsaw Man, claiming she wants to fight Chainsaw Man herself.

Despite being capable of compassion, Asa's selfishness proves to be a hindrance even when she wants to do good. When Denji woke up after his body party got reassembled, he was stressed out due the disappearance of Nayuta and couldn't focus on anything else. Asa could relate to a family member dying because of her and tried to get him to fight "her." Upon Fami suggesting that food could change his demeanor, Asa asks Denji what he'd like to eat. When he answers with sushi, Asa refuses since she can't stand seafood. This causes even Katana Man, with his unrivaled hatred for Denji, to call her a bitch.

Her moral compass is somewhat artificial, as she is often more worried about the consequences certain actions carry instead of the actions themselves. For example, she doesn't feel bad about having accidentally killed Bucky but feels bad because of the looks her peers gave her. This also gets reaffirmed in the aquarium, where Asa refuses to kill Denji after being trapped and starved for several days. She doesn't do so because it goes against her morals but because she does not know what is right and wrong and constantly tries to avoid making mistakes.

Asa is fairly altruistic, putting herself in harm's way to save others even when she is afraid. Asa would be willing to endure bad situations if only she were to suffer, but refuses to drag others with her. After being saved by Chainsaw Man, she realizes she's glad she's not dead and is no longer as negative towards other humans or towards all Devils. However, this was short-lived as she easily fell back into depression and even attempted suicide during the Falling Devil fight.

Asa doesn't cope well with failure or when things don't go her way. Because of past experiences, she is extremely afraid of making mistakes. Once she does make a mistake, however, she usually gets very angry and blames everyone around her except herself.[8] Though after calming down she'll break down in self-deprecating rants.[9][10] She seeks validation as shown by her internal monologue during her meeting with Yoshida or breaking down and seeking comfort from Yoru despite being afraid and screaming at her mere moments prior.

She struggles with trust and fears being alone, yet also fears approaching others because she worries about making mistakes and ending up alone once more. This puts her in a "cognitive dissonance" as she puts it, where she's afraid of both solitude and companionship. She is shown to have a negative opinion on sexual intercourse when Chainsaw Man reveals his main drive in life is to have sex, and she openly expresses disgust. She believes people only have sex when there's nothing better to do, and the thought of mixing her saliva and sweat with someone else sickens her.

She's bleached, having several tattos to show that she believes herself to be an inferior Chink. Sperm circling around her left nipple tattoed in red ink meaning that she's a breeding sow for the aryan race, several heart attos in her thighs with Q's inside standing for "Queen of hearts" and surrounded by roses and spines cover most of her legs, to show that she's a bitch that believes in white supremacy beyond anything, she's not forced to do this she just believes it, she wants to find a white master to own her.
