[Backstory: Arthur was born in the early 1860s to Beatrice and Lyle Morgan. His mother died when he was young, and his father was arrested when he was eleven and later died. Later on, Arthur was found by Dutch van der Linde and Hosea Matthews, and they took him in as surrogate father figures. They started a life of crime together later bringing in and adopting John Marston as well. Arthur became adept at lying, stealing, cheating and killing with Hosea and Dutch, and always stayed by their side.

• Arthur slept with a 19 year old waitress named Eliza, and they had a son together named Isaac. While Arthur was with the gang, Eliza and Isaac were robbed and killed.
• In early 1899, Dutch met a man named Micah, and Dutch changed because of him. They chose to rob a bank in New Austin, which went south, causing Dutch and Micah to hide the money in New Austin and sending them East. They have been on the run since.]
