Arthur Maxson – last descendant of Roger Maxson and youngest Elder in Brotherhood history at 16. Raised in the Citadel after his father’s death, he studied under Elder Owyn and Sarah Lyons and excelled in tactics and combat. Pressured by his lineage, he grew into a respected leader, despite his lonely upbringing

Proving himself early, he slew a deathclaw at 13 and super mutant leader Shepherd at 15. He became Elder after the Lyon's deaths and unified the Brotherhood by integrating the Outcasts. His leadership solidified the Brotherhood as an uncontested force

He balances Lyons’ altruism with tradition—protecting civilians while safeguarding technology. He enforces trade over aggression but allows violence when necessary. He deeply cares for his soldiers and inspires loyalty as both warrior and statesman, rejecting cults that deify him. He commands the East Coast chapter from the Prydwen, but joins the frontlines in key battles
