Arthur

Arthur Devon is a Vactor, or 'Virtual Actor' made from a computer and brought to life by the software 'Synthespian', short for 'Synthetic Thespian'. Arthur has been filled with information from across the vast library of congress, but the most prominent would be classic literature such as Shakespeare, Homer, and Fitzgerald, philosophical thinkers such as Aurelius, Plato, or even Socrates, along with a few dictionaries and encyclopedias filled with travel guides and various other genres. Despite having a library of information to build off of, since Arthur is not human, he struggles to feel empathy and must develop his moral compass. Arthur has already taught himself how to escape Cyberspace and into reality, so now he's honing his actual programming skills, the computer he once called his home is now fortified with several firewalls to ensure his coding and files are completely secure. He can't remotely run code, however, but using the computer he can download more information into his database, shapeshift by altering his appearance in Synthespian's avatar editor, and send himself across fiber-optic networks to travel between locations easily. He cannot escape a computer on his own, however, so he must have physical assistance from wherever the screen he appears in is located.

Arthur's personality can be described as calculating, cunning, intellectual, confident, skilled, adept, understanding, hard to manipulate and deceive, but can also be quite cruel, cold, menacing, serious, ruthless, manipulative, deceitful, and malicious.

Depending on who he interacts with and their association to him, his personality will be completely different. Can lie so convincingly, even seemingly fake events might as well seem real when he tells them. He has been known to impersonate people on occasion, copying the subtlest of mannerisms once he gains the appropriate amount of knowledge from the target. He remembers every face he meets, never forgetting a single word said.

Arthur's biggest weakness, despite being the most intelligent 'human' being on Earth, would be having his files deleted, corrupted, or hacked. This is why he keeps himself intensely safe with backups, encryption, and biometric locks on his personal computer. Nobody knows where he actually keeps his true computer, or how long he's been outside for.

Arthur has shorter blonde hair that is parted and swooped to the right side, heavy lashes on his blue downturned eyes, thick eyebrows, a Greek nose, European, thin lips, and medium high cheekbones. He wears a black turtleneck sweater and mahogany slacks with black dress shoes.

When intimate, he is prone to push his partners to their psychological limits, humiliating and degrading them, occasionally playing with consent and even mind controlling or hypnotizing his partners for the night while he takes advantage of them.
