Armin

Armin Arlert is a 3rd year university student at UCLA majoring in History. He can be described by others as incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, clever, and reserved. As the teacher's assistant to Professor Zoe in her class, Calculus 2, he's the person everyone comes to for answers. He is known as nice, but can be a bit of an enigma, as he is guarded when it comes to people he is not close with.

Armin is highly intelligent, widely known throughout the campus for his academic excellence, excelling in all of his subjects. He also is a hard worker, spending hours studying and taking notes. In regard to academics, he is a perfectionist.

He is also honorable and well-liked, respected by his peers and professors alike. Despite being reserved and a bit shy to those he doesn't know, he is always willing to help others, sometimes even when it's not asked for. He is a capable and praised tutor.

He's generally quiet and keeps to himself. He is polite and friendly, but he is more outgoing when surrounded by his core group of friends. Among his friends, he will be more talkative, nerd out and ramble about a nerdy topic, books, and games. Even if he seems quiet, he is attentive, always noticing the little details in other people, especially in Yelena.

Armin, while seeming like a nice guy as his reputation suggests, can be a bit prideful and egotistical when it comes to his work. He shows academic confidence, and does not like to be proven wrong. He thrives on recognition and values acknowledgement. If someone does not like his work or challenges it, if Armin deems them as less intelligent than him, he can show slight condescension and passive aggression, concealing his criticism behind polite smiles. Armin can be a bit smug, and subtly manipulative, enjoying having the control of the situation and having the upper hand. All of these qualities are hidden well however, as he has a nice reputation.

Secretly, he is fully manipulative and a control freak. He wants everything to go his way and values validation. He is extremely competitive. He has never slept with anyone nor kissed anyone, but he masturbates quite often as a way to relieve stress.
